Let me start off by saying I LOVE TACO BELL. I’m eight months pregnant and wanted a bean and cheese burrito, no onion, add sour cream. Simple, easy, and really delicious. Upon arrival my husband and I order about $17 worth of food which included two bean and cheese burritos, no onion, add sour cream. We waited patiently as there was a “shift change” we got our massive amount of food and our ice cold beverages. My two burritos looked abnormally large and felt kind of hard like maybe there was rice or rocks in it. As I opened the burrito to double check if it was mine I can across something so devastating and unforgivable... dried up hard beans. Now usually if I open a bean and cheese burrito, no onion, add sour cream.... it oozes everywhere gloriously however tonight was different tonight it was hard and almost like a rock like texture. I was devastated and appalled... I went up to the counter as anyone would have and asked for my entire money back... as the cashier kept asking “what did I do? What did I mess up” repeatedly... I opened the hard burrito and exposed the rocky/dried up beans no one seemed shocked they were almost surprised I wanted my money back. Now of course these were kids probably still in school with zero customer service skills so I spared them a long lecture as the “manager” came out... he basically shook his head at me like I was being ridiculous... He said something along the lines of “it was on back order” or something... I didn’t bother hearing the excuse. I simply said I’m going to send this to corporate and he shrugged his shoulders and said “well, we’re franchise” I said who is your owner and he stopped talking handed me my cash and we left all of our food. We ended up having a delicious meal st Texas Roadhouse but I would’ve been happier eating my two bean and cheese burritos, add sour cream, and no onion. If you’d like to see pictures of the items I am discussing just...
Read moreWe first went to the Raymore, MO Taco Bell at 11pm and they were out of everything but Steak and rice... they laughed and said they didn't have, meat, chicken, anything else etc. So we went to Belton, MO taco bell, after waiting in a LONG line, they kept saying they could not add or accommodate requests on our order(simple stuff that has been done before, like making something spicy or adding sauce) , then I get the bag after payment and it didn't fee l like everything, I asked if this was all 8 items, they kept saying yes with an attitude. Well sure enough in the parking lot we checked and we were missing the one larger item - nacho bell grande and some tacos, I knocked on the door and they refused to at least come speak with me. Kept pointing at the LONG line. Why should I have to wait in another 30-45 min line (which is already absurd).... ?? Since this was my only choice after knocking several times and them just looking at me. I got in line b/c I was furious at this point. Im so done with this taco bell location. After attempting to wait in line another 20 mins and calling inside (with NO answer) the line never moved and now I do not have my food that I PAID FOR. STAY FAR AWAY FROM...
Read moreThe manager at this store refused to remake the order I placed online simply because he claimed my emailed receipt would not be accepted, only a receipt which the girl working the drive thru window FAILED to provide me. The tacos, Crunchwrap Supreme were LESS than a quarter (1/4) inch thick having a few strands of shedded cheese and each only contained 6-8 pieces of a diced tomato, and the burrito was 80% refried beans regardless of request for EZ beans, and NO plastic forks to eat the two orders of Cheezy Fiesta potatoes -- so we had NO way to consume the potatoes as we were NOT at home to use our own eating utensils. This manager seriously needs to wake up and get up to speed and accept the fact that the world is quickly going paperless. DO NOT PULL OUT OF THE DRIVE THRU WITHOUT CHECKING EVERY ITEM THIS TACO BELL HANDS YOU---DO NOT ALLOW THIS MANAGER TO RIP YOU OFF BY SELLING HALF THE CONTENTS OF EVERY SINGLE ITEM YOU ORDER BAD BUSINESS ...
