APPALLED BY THEIR SERVICE AND CONSIDERATION TO THEIR CUSTOMER!
This was my first time ordering from jimmy John's in Belton, Missouri. The online process was easy enough. However, I did not get a notice that my order was ready; therefore I called the store, they said is was ready to pick up. When I picked up the order I came in with my mask on even though there wasn't any other patrons in the restaurant. There were 3 people working behind the counter without masks, at least they did have gloves on to make the sandwiches. With the uprise of Covid-19 I would think out of courtesy to their clientele they would be masked... I was disturbed by this.
I did not check my order while at the restaurant. When I got home, one of my sandwiches was missing. I called the store manager, Micah, who was rude and would not give a refund only a credit to my phone number for the next time I ordered or I could come and pick up the missing sandwich, as they could not deliver to me 11 minutes away, as it would take away from his patrons that are in his delivery area! At this point, I said I would have to call back as I was getting angry with their customer service.
When I called back I asked what concession he would give me for my inconvenience, he offered a chocolate chip or oatmeal raisin cookie. When asked if we would give me one of each or refund the money. Again, he refused to refund the money and the best he could do was give me one cookie... what a joke. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again, so opted not to have a credit to my phone and went to picked up the missing sandwich.
When I picked up the order, this time I went via the drive through, still with no other patrons in the store or in line, the employee handed me my sandwich up-gloved and unmasked. APPALLED BY THEIR SERVICE AND CONSIDERATION TO THEIR CUSTOMER! Never again Jimmy John's -...
Read moreWe placed an online order at 11:50 a.m., at 12:06 p.m. the order tracker said our order was out for delivery. At 12:29 p.m. I called and was told my order was on it's way. At 12:50 p.m. I called back and was told the order had been delivered. However, we never received it. I was told I could not have a refund nor would they remake my order. They told me because I selected the "leave at door" option they are not responsible for the food or whether or not it gets to the correct house. I spoke with a manager and then to Kyrstyn who claimed to be the General Manager but sounded like a 12 year old and was extremely rude. She told me she wouldn't help me, and didn't want to talk to me, she said she didn't care if I thought she sounded young or immature (even though I didn't say either of those things which indicates to me that she's probably been told this before). I asked for her first and last name so I could file a report, she told me she wouldn't tell me. Then she hung up on me. I reported this to corporate via their website. I then called the store again to confirm her information, the manager gave the call back to Kyrstyn even though I asked him not to, and I confirmed with her that she had processed my refund after she told me she doesn't care what my name is and that she only processed the refund because she doesn't want to deal with me anymore. I have literally never had such horrible customer service from anyone. I asked her if she thought this was good customer service and she told me to stop yelling at her. So I decided it was my turn to hang up.
Edit: I found out Kyrstyn is definitely not the GM, which would be obvious to anyone who spoke to her. But I got the information of the store owner and will be in contact with them. Hopefully this will be...
Read moreComplete disaster. Never going to this store again. Ordered a sandwich box and pickles the afternoon before for 10:15am pick up. Decided to show up at 10:20 to give a little extra time to make the 6 sandwiches. Pulled up and wait about 2min to be acknowledged through the drive thru speaker (the worker was out front on her phone then ran in to assist me). Told her I had a pick up order, she asked for who? I said my name. She said ok we are finishing that up, should be just a few minutes, please pull forward. Ok that’s fine. Pull up. After almost 10 minutes I’m handed a box and a half hearted apology for the delay. I asked where my pickles are and she says I didn’t have any. I show my online receipt and she says oh that’s weird it will be a few more minutes. During this time I’m like I wonder why they weren’t on the paper receipt. So I go look at it on the box (thankfully), they gave me someone else’s order. I get her attention, “hey this isn’t even my order, this is some Porscha lady’s.” She proceeds to say oh no… runs off, comes back, we are working on yours now! It will be 8-9 more minutes. After 20min waiting in the drive thru, given the wrong order and just the whole mess… I’m given the right order and I get home, open the box, mayo all over the sandwiches when the order said no mayo, take packets.
