I have enjoyed the food at Belton location since it opened. This experience has soured my view of them and the management. I placed an order online the night before we were going out of town. I was looking forward to an easy pickup on the way out the next morning. No such thing it was supposed to be ready at 8:30 am. It wasn't several of the staff tried looking to see what the status was. They did find it eventually and apologized about the mixup. I ordered a loaf of wholegrain sliced thin some rolls and two breakfast items. As we are driving down the road we realize that the loaf of whole grain is only two slices of the bread. Turn around go back and speak to the manager. They verified that yes the order was wrong. They went and sliced a loaf and replaced the two slices with a sliced loaf. Order complete......or so I thought. Back on the road again and we find that the loaf of bread is a little crumpled and missing slices. Because of this I have dropped the rating to one star but the food raises it back to a two star rating. WAITING to see what their resolution will be, give me the two slices back that they originally gave me. I think not. See photos of the entire loaf I purchased.
Ok called the store manager Chasity. She remembers me and my order. She apologized for the 2nd error and ask me what can she do to make it better. I was thinking she would have had a solution herself. I was willing to raise my rating. But when I asked if they ever check their reviews she paused and said no. Rating goes down to one star for not caring what customers think of...
Read moreAhh yes panera bread in belton missouri. Let me tell you about the first time I had Paneraâs macaroni and cheese with bacon. I was just a man. A humble traveler. A seeker of lunch. I wasnât ready. I took one bite and boom the saxophone solo from Careless Whisper erupted in my brain like George Michael himself had climbed into my frontal lobe wearing silk pajamas and whispered, âThis is it, baby.â Suddenly, I wasnât in Panera I was in a slow-motion music video, holding that mac ân cheese like it was the last surviving heir of a royal bloodline. I locked eyes with a stranger across the dining room and mouthed, âDonât you dare pretend this isnât life-changing.â And the sandwiches? Oh sweet crusty Jesus. These arenât sandwiches. These are architectural achievements. Stacked like a Jenga tower of hope and flavor. Held delicately with the smallest toothpick. Bread so fresh.  They give you a Pick two, which is basically a Choose Your Own Adventure novel where every ending involves you eating too much and not caring. And the staff? Glorious food wizards in aprons. Always smiling, always efficient, like theyâre hiding the secret of immortality in the baguette warmer. Panera isnât just a meal itâs a full body, out-of-carb experience. Itâs church for people who believe sandwiches are sacred and macaroni is a...

First and lastly, we love Panera, and have never had a bad experience with service or food; one might begin to take this for granted, until they go above and beyond to give perspective on how high they set their bar as a company, in food quality and customer service.
Our order was incorrect entirely but we didn't realize it until we got home (that's on us). I called back to explain what happened and Kacey MOD didn't initially answer but took the call and time out from training a new, inexperienced crew, and no drivers, to hear my issue and see how to make it right. Our order was re-made right then, with a few extras and a compensation voucher, all without my prompt and zero hesitation.
These days it feels like customer service has taken a back seat, to everything for the sake of convenience, so it's refreshing to see there are still companies she team members who still have pride, honor and respect for what they do in this business, as I do.
Some places like Wingstop in Belton could learn a thing or many from other reputable establishments like Panera if they cared to do so.
We appreciate Panera continuing to keep themselves set above the rest...even with the occasionally new and inexperienced crew, they hardly miss a...
