Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Belton

I'm a native Texan so I've been to many locations across the state but this one is by far the worst. Upon arrival it was so cold inside it felt like a meat locker. I'm on the chunky side so I'm always a bit warm if not hot any day of the week so for me to say it's cold that's saying something. It was so cold me and my other half almost left and in hind sight we should have. Placed the order but out of your brand sour cream chips. Not the end of the world but y'all make some good chips! Then disaster struck. While waiting on our food to arrive my other half spilled her drink all over the table, her cell phone and herself. Team members are aware of this including management but offered no assistance much less towels or cleaning materials. Nope, we had to empty a napkin dispenser to clean up the mess. While doing so they called our number. Since when do y'all not bring it to the table? Everyone else does. Why not here? While trying to clean up a full soda they call the number again but this time growing in impatience. "Be right there", I said. Fell on deaf ears because the impatience grew to intolerance and yelled our number again. I snapped back, "be there in a minute!". Right then and there she yelled at me that there's no need for this type of behavior and got they manager involved. Keep in mind everyone, including management, knew that we were cleaning up a spill. The manager proceeded to reprimand me from the counter across the entire restaurant about how there was no need for me to snap at her employee. I went up to her, expressed my displeasure in having to clean up a mess with napkins, be yelled at because I wasn't Johnny on the spot to collect my order, and be reprimanded by her (the manager) in front of everyone to defend her rude staff. Yes, I will go to other locations but this one will never...

I ordered two meals for pickup tonight 8/5/2021 The original meal with jalapeño cheese bread baked bbq chips and a root beer and a smoked turkey meal with jalapeño cheese bread , regular potato chips and sprite, with added ham (+$2) I scheduled pick up for 7pm. I got there at 7:05 went through the drive through and told them I had a pick up order and they told me “ok come to the window” I got to the window and the only had my sandwiches ready I told her I had baked bbq chips and regular potato chips a sprite and root beer . She put the chips in the bag and gave me my drinks and I left , I got home and neither of my sandwiches had the jalapeño bread, the ham (that I paid extra for) was not on the turkey sandwich, the chips were wrong and the sodas are flat. I am very disappointed in this meal it was way more expensive that my usual go to (Subway) and they have less choices for toppings and the quality is far worse. If I’m going to pay $25 for a meal for my fiancé and I it should be WAY better than this. That’s the last time I’ll be ordering from...

I like Schlotzsky's but I don't understand their logic. We had a coupon for buy one get one of equal or less value free. So we ordered two of the specialty sandwiches, two Rancher's, we handed the coupon to the cashier. When she tried to redeem the coupon it wouldn't work, so she said the coupon isn't good for specialty sandwiches. So we changed our order to accommodate the coupon. Before we sat down the server came out with the two specialty sandwiches, the cashier hadn't canceled the order fast enough. We said we'd take them and they could cancel our other order since they hadn't made them yet. The manager said no, we can't do that! She took the two specialty sandwiches and tossed them in the trash!!! 10 minutes later we got our order. It wasn't what we really wanted, the coupon didn't say we couldn't have what we wanted... They just tossed those perfectly good sandwiches in...
