HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't even want to give them one star, to be honest. I walked in at 6:30, 30 minutues until close, just to buy juice for the setups I just purchased from another shop in harker heights over the weekend. From the time i walked in, I felt like I was being rushed. I was offered product with no prices, and had to ask each time I was offered something, and the guy was completely inconsiderate to the fact that I am BRAND NEW to vaping and electronic cigarettes. I decided to go here based on the selection I saw online, but it didn't even matter how much product they had, because I was shown 3 items and walked to a register. I would have spent close to $100 in here, but instead I spent $17 on one crsppy bottle of juice that I HATE, but had already wasted my time going there, and unable to make it to another shop. Needless to say, I WON'T be going back, I don't care how many "hat drawings" they have, or how many juices they have. This place sucks and I wouldn't...

This is such a great place to go. The staff is super friendly, the store is always super clean, and the prices are great. They have a rewards program and daily deals which is always a plus when shopping on a budget. This is my go to vape store that also has a convenient location.

Google asked for an update to this review, and I am happy to do so. If I could give more than a five star rating, I would. The staff isn't just friendly, but they treat you like part of the family. I look forward to my weekly visits to this place not only to stock up, but because of the staff. We hang out for a sec, relax, and talk. Absolutely a great place. The first thing I noticed when walking into the shop was how caring and polite the staff was. I voiced my concerns with my vape (that was not purchased from the store) and they jumped right to it to figure out the issue. They have a wide selection of juices, and flavors and they helped me find the one that was just right for my taste. They also gave me a lot of insight about my vape and little pointers to look for. Absolutely the best shop to go to in the Belton area hands down! I will be referring my friends and family to this shop, and I'm pleased to say I will be coming back.
