Worst customer service. Calling in to make an order and they turn me away to use an app. What is the difference between ordering in person and taking an order over the phone? In this case, just don’t answer the phone and don’t take in person orders. Have everyone forcibly order through the app and get rid of 2 employees since they’re dead weight and not useful when there’s no customers inside and no one in the drive through but 4 people on staff.
