They run your card as credit will not do debit so your money is held for 3 to 5 days which can make you go negative. Also managment is very ill trained and rude. Have had nothing but trouble with this store. Get your pizza some where else. Dont waste your time on this location. They also are to exspensive. 1 large pizza 2 toppings and a drink after delivery charge and tax $30 for sauce and bread. Also do not tip drivers the delivery charge dosent go directly to them but they use it to supplement there salries. If a driver gets paid $7 dollars an hour and does 4 deliveries in an hour at $2 a delivery his wage is paid by the consumer. So dont tip even if you fell you should. You just help pay his hourly wage by the delivery charge. Dont belive me . call corprate office and find out. It took me 2 days of calling but finally got an answer. Did you not ever wonder why they were charging you 2 dollars extra ? After tax and delivery charge thats thats half of the origanal price of the pizza !! Also all the employees are so called encouraged to post positive reviews for the store so dont base your choice on there input just ask why. Why am i paying a $2 to $3 delivery charge when they plainly state that it does not go to the driver or gas. Thats a lie. Ask them what it goes too and youll get no response on the store level but call corporate and demand to know why your paying that fee. Placed my order early. At 10am for delivery time at 1145. 1145 rolls around. No order. Call the store. No answer. Call the store 2 more times. No answers. Tried to call corporate and no answer there either. Finally got an answer 10 minutes later to the store lady saying that there is only one person working there and her and another girl just walked in and she was checking her company for my order for 1145. Then was told that they contract DoorDash for delivery and that mine was picked up by a Dasher already. Called DoorDash and talked to 2 individuals and finally the gentleman called the store himself on the other line. DoorDash connected me with the store and the store said that the girl who talked to me before thought that I said my order was for 1045 not 1145 and that they were making my order now and that I would receive it "on time". I mentioned that it was 1241 rolled around so that would not be on time and was asked by the store if I wanted to cancel my order and have it refunded. No, I said, I still want my order i just want to make sure I receive it this time. Called corporate and emailed corporate 3 times regarding this issue to only be told that the store management will contact me about this within 48 hours...... it is past 1pm and still no order. Read moreCalled to verify my address could be delivered to, the gentleman I spoke to assured me I was in delivery range after looking it up on the computer. I called back about 20 mins later to place my order, had a bit of difficulty getting the address to pull up on their computer (my address always gives trouble, so I expected it), placed my order, my card went through, no issues. about 20 minutes after I was called back and told that they couldn't deliver to me because the address I provided is in College station. I informed him I live in Belton, not CS. he kept insisting that "well we cant deliver to you, your address isn't pulling up" when I asked if he could pull up the business that's right next door to me, he said the systems cant do that. I mentioned that I had called prior to even ordering and was reassured that my address was good and in range, his exact response "well apparently we cant deliver to you" and his tone the entire time was very uncaring, unprofessional, almost as if HE was annoyed at ME for some unknown damn reason. i dont know why 2 different people are telling me 2 different things but I definitely dont want to order food from Papa John's again if this is how the employees treat customers.
