Bucciferro Family McDonald's — Restaurant in Belvidere Township

Always have bad experiences at this McDonald’s but today out of all days was the WORST. when i first pulled up to order there was this young Hispanic girl maybe 16 or 17 who kept cutting me off & rushing me with my order.i don’t get what the rush was it was only me and one other car in the drive thru.. whatever I pay w my apple pay and then i head to the other window , a young American male worker (literally the only one with manners & respect) informs me that my card declined, i gave him my phone again just to see if it was an error & as like i said i was using my Apple Pay. A rude dark skin women with a maroon shirt(pretty sure a manager) seemed to have an accent then comes up handing me back my phone and yells out “ IT DONT WORK” n continues to shut the window pretty hard. I wait because i am still paying for my food what so ever. I forgot my card was locked but i still had cash . She comes back and turns out she deleted my whole order just because my card declined? This caught me off guard because she never even asked me if i had another form of payment or anything she only seemed to have an attitude, and shut the window door on me like if she was done with my service? She used the excuse of having a line but there was only 2 cars, she told me to just go back around bc she already deleted my order and she couldn’t do it there. I did not even want to give this McDonald’s my service anymore but i turned around only to get my daughters food as she was hungry and wanted McDonalds. I got her a 10 piece and guess how much she got. 7. 7!!! On a 10 piece chicken nugget , now how can you mess that up 🤦🏽‍♀️!!! I was so irritated I didn’t even want to turn back anymore. The people who were there are so careless and seem to hate their job and they give you mad dirty faces. Hire better people McDonald’s . That dark skinned women always seems to have an attitude all the time, me and plenty of friends and family members have honestly all complained about her & her bad service. Not sure what her name is but she’s not doing a good job because clearly im not the only one to have bad experiences with this specific women . Don’t know what her deal is but she has the nastiest attitude. The McDonald’s right by fiesta market is WAY BETTER . I recommend it’s not too far from the other one & that is now my new go to since this McDonald’s has clearly done nothing about this RUDE DISRESPECTFUL manager who thinks she can run her mouth but gets upset and scared when someone confronts her . Went through the drive thru and purchased 2 Chicken Meals and SPECIFICALLY requested "cook to order" to avoid the cold stale food they normally serve. Paid over $10 at the window and was told to pull down and wait. Waited over 10 mins. A lady finally brings out our food. Chicken nuggets are rock hard and ice cold. We reverse back to the window. Person says manager is coming. Brandon comes outside and says "we just cooked that." Lies. Told him to feel the food as it is cold. Brandon feels the food and goes back inside. He returns another 10 mins later and said "I watched them fix the order." Lies again! Brandon gave me an order that was not even what I ordered. But you claim you watched them prepare this? I park my car and go inside for a THIRD attempt for my order. I explain to Brandon again, and he takes the bag and disappears. 20 minutes later and I still have not received my order or a refund. I ask for the manager again as everyone is standing around looking confused. Then here comes Brandon coming from the back area looking confused again. I said "Can I ever get my order or a darn refund?" It's going on an hour later, and you are supposed to be a manager and it takes over THREE attempts to correct your errors? He hands me another bag and I request my receipt he took. Brandon says here is a survey. I said I need my receipt please and he prints off a dummy receipt because he lost my original receipt. How shocking. I return to my car... Just to notice that he gave me the SAME cold stale food that he touched up outside trying to see if it were hot or not. He gave me back the same cold order of food where he put his dirty hands on and tested the temperature. Like, what on EARTH!? How unsanitary and unacceptable this is. This is illegal and fraudulent activity going on here. THis is unacceptable and I will be filing complaints regarding the mishandling and mispreparation of food at this facility. So disgusted, I threw the bag away and left. Horrible service! Horrible manager! Horrible business...

This is not the first and I'm sure it wouldn't be the last time so I will no longer be giving the entire company my hard-earned dollars. First of all the food quality is not up to par with other locations that I have been to. Secondly there is an incident a few months ago where I ordered food, paid for said food after having my exact order read back to me (by the GM mind you) only to find out when I was getting ready to grab my order that she rang me up for the person behind me. I had to get a refund which caused traffic in the drive-thru and finally got my food home. When I opened it a gnat flew out of the box. That was one hungry bedtime

There have been other incidents between then and now but they aren't as notable as what's about to come. Last night while I was shivering from a fever and starving because I couldn't eat all day from nausea I ordered a 40 piece McNugget with two medium fries included. (you know, the meal option they offer) not only did it take an hour for them to prepare the food at probably the least busy store hours but when my food finally arrived the McNuggets were there, so was the sauce, but there were two things that were in fact on the receipt that I did not receive.

Corporate either needs to come down and seize this location or completely shut it down but this is giving both a bad taste and a bad face to McDonald's. Based on the reviews I'm seeing here, I'm certainly not the first to complain about the piss poor service offered at this particular location.

If you're considering spending your hard-earned dollars here, I recommend you just pick some food out of their dumpster, you'll get the exact same quality without the huge tax and...
