Food was OK. It tasted normal. The service didnât feel too good because I came into the store with limited time on my hands because I run a business and I was up here for a business meeting. What I didnât like was there are some lady with a hard to understand accent working, which is fine but itâs not fine when I felt letâs say uncomfortable. I donât know if she was from the south or something, but she was calling me names that my girlfriend did not approve of like like honey sugar, sweetheart another thing is I thought it was really strange that. She was asking my name and where Iâm from. I do not like that. Iâm hoping to come in soon to tell her that was not OK. They just felt my personal space was invaded big time and I just did not like the other thing she was saying about me filling out the review on the back some other coworker said yeah I donât even worry about it he said and I quote itâs not like theyâre going to check the review every time they want Burger King. I guess she was trying to be friendly, but that just made me feel so uncomfortable. itâs like I donât know you like that. Good on that guy though for telling me that thatâs fine. Donât worry about it. The atmosphere just made me feel uncomfortable while eating cause once in a while she would just like look which is fine, but I thought she would say something for the reasons that she was too talkative which I get talkative is fine but calling me those names was not fine at all.    Read moreUsed to be one of my faves but itâs gone downhill in recent years. The food hasnât always been great but the service was at least decent until my most recent visit. Just super unhelpful and didnât seem to care about the brand. Iâm not sure if they even had a competent supervisor on duty or what. The cashier wouldnât honor the 2/$10 Whopper meal deal that was being advertised on the drive through ordering screen, said there was no option for it on her end. Couldâve been a little apologetic in the form of a couple cookies or a size upgrade or discount or coupons or something with âcustomer serviceâ in mind. Even after showing them proof of whatâs being advertised on a screen 50ft away at their location all I got was something like âyeah I donât know what to tell youâ. Then, I asked for the receipt because they didnât provide one, and it took probably about 5 minutes for the woman to produce it. I thought it might be because of the survey code or maybe they were winging it without a register or the cashier was on a break or something. It looked like it was nearing the end of the receipt roll so maybe they didnât know how to change it or were out of stock and were trying to hold out as much as they could. At first interaction the woman at the register asked if âwe knew CPRâ and proceeded to say âjust kidding I donât want anyone kissing me I have a boyfriendâ. Conversation somehow spiraled into homosexuality and I have never been more uncomfortable. The other person I was with tried to also order food and waited at least 10 minutes just standing at the register while the woman looked at them numerous times and didnât even bother to ask if they were ordering. After waiting, they wanted to get a water cup, and the same woman grabbed the cup and had her fingers inside of the cup, how delightful. On top of all of that, there were arguments behind the counter and a 30 minute wait time for a simple chicken sandwhich and a drink! This was the worst experience Iâve had at a fast food restaurant and am honestly scarred. Truly a waste of money and I do not recommend going here. Clearly customers come last in this restaurant, and I really hope something is done about this. If I could give zero...
