Subway — Restaurant in Bemidji

I went to this particular location the other night at around 8:40, only one other person was ordering food when I got in some others were eating. I went to the bathroom and when I came out to go and order I stood there for a good 15 minutes, note that I was the only one in the subway line. I look around to see if anyone was there and there was a guy in the alcove by the drive through window. No one was in the drive through. He was on his phone talking to someone and he saw me I know it because we made eye contact and yet he continued talking on the phone. He came over about seven minutes after he saw me, still on his phone call and said “sorry for the wait” I said oh no problem thinking he was going to help me but then he was like oh okay and pointed to his phone walking away to the back continuing his conversation. I waited a few more minutes before I left to see if he was just finishing up the conversation but to no avail he never came back so I left. Also the bathrooms are very unclean, toilets were clogged and paper towels all over the floor. If I could give this place a zero out of five stars I would. The cherry berry side I don’t have a problem with. There is always someone there...

Been getting subway for lunch for almost a year and the staff quality has went down drastically, before they made subs the way we asked and read notes when placing online and always had subs ready when they were suppose to. Withing the last 2 weeks I've been late returning to work because I sat at subway for 30 minutes for a sub that I had to teach the kid what to put on it the first time and second time they were busy but thats because the same kid takes 7 minutes minimum to make a sandwich which is insane. Today I placed an online order thinking, I'd give them time to make it can't be late back. I gave them 45 minutes to make it then went on lunch and when I got their they had 2 customers with 3 employees and haven't even started my sub. Sat their for anthor 10 minutes and got ignored and didn't ask if I was waiting on sub which I clearly was. Will not ever be going back to this establishment and hope the manger reaches out to me so I can let her know on how horrible the place is now being run. Hopefully the other sibways are better just annoying having to drive across town when their a subway right next to...

This place is god awful. The food is good, just like any other subway. But they seriously need decent evening staff. I can’t even count the amount of times I’ve gone there at least a half hour before close (yes, I checked the hours on the website & the sign at the store), and no one will answer me at the drive thru although I clearly see the lights are on, “drive thru open” sign is on, & spotted at least 1 individual behind the counter when driving in. When I actually did manage to get service at a late hour (1 time), the lady was super rude & over half of the veggies for my sub she said they were apparently of. If zero stars was an option, that’s what I would rate it, solely on the fact that the late night workers are incompetent & clearly don’t respect their job. If you’re thinking about eating at this subway, I would highly recommend going for any other fast food chain in the area because I’ve never had such crappy customer service at any other place...
