We spend about $40 on our group’s afternoon snack. The service was honestly awful. The cashier didn’t greet us, wasn’t able to keep track of what we ordered (had to ask us 6 separate times to repeat the entire order), and didn’t seem to care at all that she was inconveniencing us. We waited 10-15 minutes for the workers to make our sandwiches AND they had asked us what sandwiches we ordered AFTER paying 4 times. The floors desperately needed to be mopped and the restroom was disgusting. Three young girls were working without a manager and they all stood around doing nothing but making themselves personal drinks. They made me two ice coffees instead of one, and yanked the “wrong one” out of my hand when they noticed the problem. They forgot our donuts and we had to specifically ask them for them after being in the store for 25 minutes. Read moreThis year service and food quality has been Very disappointing. Last year there was a very good, overworked early morning manager who did his best. I became a regular to support its business. I lived in the twin cities and Dunkin Donuts was my go to for 25 years. Donuts and coffee are their lifeblood. This location no longer reflects the standards they had previously. My last 3 visits here were early am, before 7 am. Burned, dried out (old) bagels, eggs so rubbery I couldnt chew it enough to break it down. Threw the egg out into the bushes, checked next day and even the animals left it alone. I loved Dunkin coffee, but this visit it tasted burned, perhaps microwaved which scorched it. Had to dump it. So I tossed out my entire breakfast that morning. What the heck has happened to our Dunkin???? With so many great coffee choices nearby, I will stop elsewhere....
Read morei came into dunkin last night and noticed they had my favorite flavor, white chocolate, back in. I came back in this morning to get a latte before a long trip. I tried to order it at the drive thru speaker and was told they don’t have. i mentioned that i had gotten it the night before and was met with “ummm, well” then silence. i waited a couple seconds and then just told them to make it with vanilla. I got to the window and the man cashing me out opened the window and stared at me. I told him i have tap pay and he said okay. After paying, i was handed my latte and then had the window shut in my face as i was asking for my receipt. his name is Brent. i used to work here and haven’t had this bad of service. he used to preach to us about giving the best service you can and i was met with this today. practice...
