Ordered through the app and used curbside delivery. After waiting 25 minutes, I went inside to check my order status. I was surprised to see approximately 7-8 customers standing around also waiting on their food while 4 of the employees just stood in the back chit chatting. (There are about 7 other people working) After another 5 minutes or so, I was finally able to grab the attention of a young kid to ask him if he knew where my order was. He proceeded to go ask the guy in a red McDonald’s graphic tee (I can only assume he was a shift lead) who responded sarcastically with “Order numbers don’t mean anything to us, I don’t know”. The sweet kid came back to look closer at what I ordered, tells the other guy it was nuggets. He then proceeds to grab a random box of nuggets that were sitting in what appeared to be a “mess up” pile and hands them to the counter kid who throws them in a bag. I politely requested nuggets that hadn’t been sitting there for who knows how long. Counter kid then relays this to the “shift lead” - the response he received was disappointing to say the least- he says “I would have told her it’s going to be another ten minutes” and laughs. Mind you- I watched them put two full trays of nuggets away in the warmer about 5 min or so, prior to this. Poor counter kid, who clearly isn’t any position to say otherwise, stands there for a minute contemplating what to do. Reluctantly, he comes back over to tell me it’s going to be another little bit of a wait. Obviously I tell him to forget about it and I walk out. After spending about 10-15 min inside I walk out to a worker standing next to my car- he looks lost. I apologize to him, that I was inside looking for clarity to my order. Zero leadership happening at this location, we can’t expect our youth to care, when their leaders aren’t caring either. These kids are clearly looking for direction and leadership- the lack of these two very important things are resulting in all around failure- from employee morale to customer satisfaction. At least my Dr. Pepper was crispy- this is something that is always accurate...
Read moreToday we came here for breakfast. As we entered, you smell that familiar McDonald’s smell with coffee and breakfast cooking. However, the floors were dirty, and we waited several minutes at the counter to order food and decided to order from the kiosk. After ordering our food, we sat down and realized our table was dirty, and then we looked at the other table needed some service as well. There was one section that had seating like a barstool and bar, but I didn’t seem very comfortable, but the table look clean because, not many sit there.
I’m kind of disappointed that they no longer have a beverage counter where you can refill drinks because Lord knows if you can’t order how are you gonna get a drink refill waiting at the counter for someone to come? Well in the end, I suppose we used a few napkins and I got some water from the bathroom sink to clean off the table. Our food arrived. It tasted good and the coffee was good too.
It cost today $8.72 each breakfast meal so that’s gone...
Read moreSo I pulled up behind a car and I could just hear the person taking the order had an attitude, when I pulled up they said it would be a moment, then a car pulled up after us in the other lane and they got their order taken before ours, it's not that big of a deal but I'm pretty sure it's first come first serve, took a little bit to get to the first window and be able to pay. The person at that window was really nice and apologized for the person who took our order, when we asked if we could speak to the manager about it the guy told us the one who took the order was the manager, I used to work in the fast food industry and that is not how a manger should be acting they are the ones responsible for these things when they happen they should not be the ones causing these issues, I used to go to this one all the time but now it's just been rude people after the next I hope they figure it out before losing...
