Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Benbrook

There is an older woman who works the drive through who is quite abrasive to customers. My most recent interaction with her involved a flavored, iced coffee. It was handed to me looking similarly to a black and tan (coffee on bottom half, flavoring/cream on top). I asked if it could please be mixed up since I was in the car and she firmly says, "No! We don't mix them." YOU DON'T MIX THEM? WHAT? That is absurd, Lady. If I order a milkshake, shall I be prepared to mix that, too? Another time, I ordered a hot coffee and the cup leaked all over my desk. I returned the next morning and ordered another cup but this time, I asked for an empty, second cup as a security measure. I was travelling and I wanted to ensure a leak didnt happen in my car. She said, "No, our cups don't leak." I said, "But, it did, and I would like a second cup." Again, she tells me that it didn't leak and I couldn't have a second cup (which I even offered to pay for). I had placed an order at a different Chick-fil-A location on Saturday for a large cookie and brownie platter to be picked up Monday morning at 7am so that my son could celebrate his birthday with his class. When I showed up to that location, they informed me they were out of chocolate chip cookies. I don’t know how you can be out of cookies at 7am, but I was mostly annoyed that no one bothered to call and tell me before I drove over there. Frustrated I left, and desperate, I called the Chick-fil-A in Benbrook. Caleb was awesome and said he could have a tray ready for me in 15 minutes. The Benbrook location always delivers the best customer service. I only wish that I had ordered with them to begin with, but by the time I submitted my order online Saturday, a 7am pickup option for Monday morning was not available, hence why I used the other location. The customer service is usually pretty good most times you come to a chick fil a but this time it was a 10! I was waiting for my food for a minute and instead of closing the window in my face the girl stayed there and had a very good conversation with me so thank you for that, good customer service is hard to get these days.
