Update : I was contacted by the NEW G.M. (JAMES) and was given a store credit. I sure hope this man turns this place around. Pizzahut deserves it. I mean cmon it's friggin PIZZAHUT. I can't update the the food rating yet but have updated the service and atmosphere rating. Thanks James.
I can't continue ordering from this PizzaHut in particular. The last 3 times I've ordered wings and or Pizza here, the chicken is noticably undercooked and mushy. I ALWAYS order the 18 pc buffalo burning hot traditional wings and they're always less cooked than the last time. Undercooked chicken can KILL YOU. I've ordered pizza here before and it was never shown to me upon pickup only to later realize it wasn't what we ordered at all. I've been inside to pay for an order before and have been ignored at the counter for 10 minutes because the music was so loud no one knew i was at the counter as they just continued washing dishes and taking calls over the loudest sterio volume. Ive made several complaints to the store , as well as my spouse and have been told I have a credit there. I've been inside 2 times to claim this "credit" I have with them and no one knows what I'm talking about. No store credit or gift card was ever given. I've also made complaints to corporate and the seperate company PizzaHut contracts to take their reviews. I have never heard one thing back from them. I recommend you don't dine here or at least stay away from the chicken. Be sure to check your pizza because they do not show it to you as every other pizza hut does. I'd still take my gift card, but for another location I can trust. And yes... I have the app. I'm suppose to have a 50 dollar credit with the Benbrook Texas, location according to the manager. I've sent pictures of my receipts in the past and told they'd make it right. They have all my information and I'm being asked to give it to yet another site. In an email. I've done all that, jumped through every hoop. And nothing. I called the Pizza Hut here in BenBrook and the lady that answered the phone said sheâd be right back with me and 9 minutes later she gets back on the phone and I tell her with NO vulgar language that it isnât ok to leave a customer on hold for that long she couldâve at least shown some phone etiquette and checked on me! She instead hung up on me! I called back and asked her why because I had said nothing rude,vulgar or anything that would warrant that. And she would not give me a reason None! I asked her name and she refused to give it to me and hung up Again! I called back and asked for the manager she said she was the manager and after asking her repeatedly what her name was she finally said her name is Jennifer. I have NEVER been treated So Cruelly by anyone for no reason. This person that represents you obviously has NO reason to be a manager period! You canât hang up on someone because it bothered them being on hold for so long especially when No rudeness was shown by them! We didnât order for obvious reasons we didnât want our food messed with because of her incompetence. I intend to forward this to not only Pizza Hut corporate but to the district manager and the General Manager. I would NEVER use this location with someone like her in it! We noticed on the app that the drivers trying to pick up the pizza were being sent away. This begin to happen to 5 drivers. I called the Pizza Hut location to get information on what was going on. The girl working that night- June 14th- was beyond rude. When I only was trying to know why my order wasnât being picked up and she proceeds to say she cancelled the order but it was not cancelled as it showed on the app that it was still being made. She then says âitâs not her problem and I need to call uberâ. However anyone whoâs ordered through uber knows that uber does not have a customer service number. As I am pregnant , my husband decided to go to the location as uber was still sending drivers to the location for pick up. When he got there, she immediately did not want to help. The uber driver showed up as well and told her it wasnât cancelled. But she still began to say it was. After about 30 minutes of this, she finally cancels the order and says they were out of dough. So in total we waited for about 3 hours, not only wasting our time but the many uber drivers trying to pick up the order as well. We just wanted the order cancelled because we had spent about $150 and didnât receive our order. I donât understand what happened to customer service. She was beyond rude and negative. The worst...
