Starbucks — Restaurant in Bend

I go to this starbuck EVERY morning before work, as my work place is right next door. I order the exact same drinks, on the app and pick them up before work, basically a daily routine. Everyone here is really nice and I think they all know me by name. There have been a few issues that the employees went above and beyond to fix. Today, the app ordering system was down, so they didnt see the order. When I went in, they offered to make it then, refund me, or I could come back. On Saturdays we only have one person working, so the online ordering makes it so I can just grab the drink and open my store. I was unable to wait, with only a few mins before opening and I wouldn't be able to come back as we dont even get much of a lunch of Saturday. A refund would have worked, but I used points, and you dont get those back, so I essentially was loosing out on money that way. I told them I'd try to come back, but if they could bring it by my work? No one responded, so I figured it was a no, it is also a lot to ask for even though its next door, there could be policies and what not. I leave open my store and hope I'd have time to swing back by. About 5 mins later, in comes a Starbucks employee carrying my drinks! She was apologising for the inconvenience with the system, which isn't her fault and it's not their fault I wasnt able to wait for them to make the coffee. I was so thrilled that she went out of her way to bring it to me! I love this location and the employees here. This is for the Starbucks inside the Safeway in Bend Oregon. The coffee was good the two boys there were friendly but they were having a sale on some of their Starbucks cups and it was very misleading the way they did it they had a sticker underneath the cup that said the percentage off that it was but they failed to let you know that the percentage was already marked down so it was very deceiving when I was to think that I was going to get the couple whole lot cheaper I did not because they said their manager told them to do it that way that was very deceiving and very uncool that really...
