This is hands down the best boba I’ve had. This is the closest to authentic boba I have found- and I promise- I’ve been looking. It is an absolute experience. The customer service is next level. I have it on good authority this location is under new management, and it shows in the level of care that goes into every interaction. And the ambience- don’t get me started! I will be back for sure! I go to this store a lot on my lunch break. Every time my friends and I walk in, Kim greets us with the most wonderful smile!! I always have the greatest conversations with her, and I’ve never once had a bad experience at this store.
