We do not eat here often first- because the local diners are MUCH better, second- because at least half the time we eat here, our order is wrong. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner- we only get half our order, or it is someone else's order entirely.
Example- drive through a few days ago, I bought $25 worth of food. The drinks were correct, but it was busy, so I did not take my time to check the bags. I got home to find NONE of my order. The entire order was like $40 worth of food someone else ordered. I called and got no answer. The phone rung for three minutes before I got an error message. I called back. Same thing happened three times. Finally, on fourth call, someone answered. I asked for a Manager and hear the girl scream for him and then some smart alec response about not knowing why I was calling.
Eddie, thankfully, handled my call very professionally, and asked me how he could make it right, ending up taking my name and contact information so we could get a $30 credit to use there.
Today, I called to let them know my husband would be stopping in (not the drive through) and he needed to know who to talk to to get our credit. I spoke to Jesus, who spoke over me, would not let me finish answering him when he asked me a question, was rude, wanted to try to tell me that there was no such book with a credit in it, Eddie is not there, etc etc etc. Finally, after I had to raise my voice to him, he took down my husband's name, and hung up on me.
This is going to be shared here, and I am going to share it with McDonald's corporate site as well. There is no reason for the amount of screw ups that happen at this location, and certainly no reason to be unprofessional in a...

Had a manger counting a register down up front another manger was talking with front runner.This store needs a lot of work on their people skills.A red headed male was wining about wanting to go home ,other employees were holding up wall in back.As I was waiting over 10 mins for my fish meal I asked for a manger .young front runner asked me why.He went to one manger who told him to get the other manger to come.She was busy doing Nothing.Blond. had a coat on no name tag.No one had A name tag on.About 5 mins later Blond came up to counter.I asked her to take a walk with me.she said sure.I showed her mess and wet floor at drink area..she just looked at it like yeah ok sure.I showed her dirty tables ...same response.....over flowing trash food all over floor.same response from Your manger.....Its a nice hip store but your team leaders and Mangers just don't care.I asked her if it could be cleaned up before I leave no response..20 mins later red came out and hit and missed the floor and tables.still not but a few customers in store 5 while I was there.Sad McDonald's very sad I...

They only half fill your fries, might as well order a small because that’s the amount they give you when you pay for a large. Fries are almost always old/hard/soggy. My quarter pounder I order has been raw the last 3 or 4 times I have ordered. You order sweet tea and they give you regular half the time. We are always missing items. My husband went back because they half filled our large fries and forgot a sandwich and they refused to give us more fries because we had already taken them home and couldn’t “show proof”. No compensation for having to drive all the way back. Very slow service, mostly at night. They don’t acknowledge you at the counter. The time before the forgotten sandwich in the drive thru, they had multiple people waiting and didn’t even say a word to any of us until at least 10 minutes after we had all been standing there. All I needed was a packet of ketchup. Eventually gave up and ate them without any. A lot of rude people working there. I am not usually one to complain because I understand things get crazy.
