I'm only giving the 3 stars because my experience this weekend was a complete fail. Food was delious came out pretty quick. Wait time was rather fast we were told 20 minutes and headed to the bar to grab some drinks prior to being seated. Which was probably only 10 minutes but from there was just kinda off. I won't say our server was terrible but she wasn't friendly. She seemed annoyed with every request, from a box to a soda to the check. Which the check was wrong which I didn't through I fit just asked why and she fixed it. I try to be understanding from being in the business but dirty app plates on the table our entire meal and again the awkward attitude that made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. But that isn't where my complaint is your employees are flat out unprofessional. Going to the bathroom the access was literally blocked by what seemed like every staff member in the place. Talking ABOUT CUSTOMERS laughing and not understanding the words excuse me so I could actually get to the restroom. Then the restrooms were beyond gross. Dirty, urine of the toilet, paper towels all over the place which is at fault by the customer but it should be kept up with. I left without even using the bathroom again to another "staff meeting" in the middle of the area to get to the restroom. Get it together guys. Good food which I'll most likely be back for but I won't be back if I feel like it's a mad house of gossiping teenage girls and boys with bad service...
Read moreApplebee’s Grill & Bar: where you go for "just a quick bite" and end up in food paradise. Walking in, I was hit with the smell of sizzling fajitas, mozzarella sticks, and maybe a hint of nostalgia. This place is basically like your best friend's house, but with a full menu and a bar stocked to the ceiling.
First off, let’s talk apps. Half-price apps are the stuff of legends, my friends. I went for the boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, and spinach dip (no, I’m not sorry), and they all hit the table hot and glorious. Mozzarella sticks? Stretchier than yoga class, and honestly, I was here for it.
And then—oh boy—the entrees. I ordered the Bourbon Street Steak, and let me tell you, this steak comes out on a sizzling skillet that makes you feel like the "main character". The flavor? Chef’s kiss. It’s seasoned like a dream, juicy, and the garlic mashed potatoes next to it were practically whispering sweet nothings to me.
Let’s not forget the drink specials, where you can get something that tastes like a tropical vacation in a glass, topped with a little paper umbrella. I may or may not have had one too many, but hey, that’s what Uber is for, right?
Basically, Applebee’s is where you go when you want to eat like a king, laugh a little too loud, and maybe get a deal while you’re at it. If you need me, I’ll be back next Friday ordering all the apps and living...
Read moreI had previously given this place a 2 star review. I feel I may have been there on an off night. This time I went there was absolutely exelent. I got the endless shrimp and it was positively knee'buckling. I ate plate after plate of endless shrimp. I had exelent service. It was simply grand. Ask for Alex as a waiter. He is the absolute bees knees. I've had many staff assist in my dining campainge but none were the absolute G.O.A.T as Alex is known to be. He has a super power of knowing when your drinks are getting low and your belly rumbles for the sweet sweet savor of that endless shrimp. There was even a beautiful woman hanging out at the bar. You know an establishment is on the pinnacle of greatness if they have banging shrimp and beautyful women. I fear I may become a regular if they keep this up. Top knotch restaurant. Will be there on Friday night. Also a huge plus that they support the girl scouts of America. The scouts are hugely important to the success of our society and these fine folks over yonder comprehend the gravity of the need for scouting programs. Great job comrads...
