So we just moved into the neighborhood. I got a menu and have ordered a handful of times, great food. Tonight I ordered a pizza lightly cooked bc my autistic son will not eat the burnt pizza. I called. They said they would remake it and send it. Well now it’s going on almost 2 hours my son had to wait to eat. My other son asked if he could still eat it because he was hungry and of course, I said yes. The delivery driver came to my door and said I need to take back the other pizza. I Had a pizza shop for 16 years and worked in pizza shops a total of 25 years and never in my life would I ever do that! First of all, it was their mistake, yes, they fixed the mistake, but we were inconvenienced and had to wait two hours to eat. What? Just for them to throw it away, or perhaps use it for slices. Which is disgusting. It’s very unfortunate because its their loss- not ours. Learn how to treat your customers. I wasn’t trying to get over on you. I just wanted the order that I asked for. Good luck to you because you’re going to need it!
Update on my order! So I was delivered the wrong pizza which I had waited almost an hour for. I called and they sent out the correct pizza. They had the nerve to ask me for the pizza back!? Very tacky! Not only did they mess up but my son had to wait well over an hour now to eat. Then they too the pizza back! What were they going to do with the pizza? Throw it out? I could have given it to the spin house- girls next door. I didn’t want the pizza but again, It’s the principle. I owned a pizza shop for over 15 years and worked In restaurants for over 25 years and would never ever ask for the pizza back especially if it was my mistake! Read moreWhat a nightmare, I won't ever know how the food is because I will never order from here again. Just before 10:30om on Sunday May 8th I went to their website to take a look at the menu I noticed that they are done at 11:00pm so I thought I just made it.. I was recommended to place my order through the website so I proceeded to order then it directed me to make an account before I could place the order 10min later with the account made I placed the order. The order was confirmed and the payment was processed. I was sent confirmation along with a pick up time of 11:15pm. I didn't think anything of it because I know from working in and spending time in that type of business that sometimes they will finish up the last of the orders as they brake down and clean up. If they are ahead or it was a slow night they will stop taking orders at a certain time to be sure they are done on time... I got there right at 11pm and they were gone lights out doors locked.. I had no other money to feed my family and i I don't understand why they would take my money and not give me the food now I have to wait 48 hours for a refund and go home and tell my family that I don't have any food or money and just wasted gas and time. I I received three separate confirmations. They also had my phone number and information to contact me to let me know that they couldn't do the order. He charges me $21 for those 2 things I gave him a credit card and then looked at the menu.. Price was different and called back he said he would give me the difference and then hung up on me without another word . An hour and a 1/2 later the food was still not here so I called it called he said the girl is on her way and hung up. Operiod open the food it's complete it's wrong so I called back and I said we've got a problem and I need you to be here right away and then he started to yell at me that I should respect him and I said you did not respect me and kept hanging up on me so I wanted my my food and don't tell me when to deliver it it doesn't have to be right away I waited an hour and a 1/2 for this and I don't have dressing for my salad I don't have a steak sandwich that's correct Paid for nothing.
