Brought my family to dinner. My wife had Is pasta with Scallops Dish.. My daughter had a steak dinner. her boyfriend had a chicken dish..... I asked for veal Parmagiana with angel hair pasta with meat sauce... Also asked for a glass of wine with my dinner at the bartender's discretion
Our server, ashley, seemed preoccupied with a number of missed items for our dinner..... We had asked for bread at the beginning which is usually offered initially period my wife asked for a glass of ice water which never came... my wine also never arrived
I requested with my veal parmesan to include a healthy amount of grated cheese. Put on the veal under the mozzarella cheese before it is cooked into the oven to finish... Indicated to ashley that I repeatedly asked for that and virtually no restaurant honors my request.... Although Ashley claims to have directly spoken to the chefs to ensure that this happens. It did not happen period my meal was extremely bland and without flavor as a result!!!!! Needless to say I was exceptionally disappointed again!!!!!
I continued to eat so that we didn't have to wait around as it was towards the back end of their dinner time hours..... Ashley finally came over to find out that the water and the wine and my dish were not correct or served.... Although I was not going to ask for anything, ashley did say was going to get My meal taken off the bill as she understands.I was very very upset. She came back saying that the manager claims that since i began to eat it that I was not entitled to any refund or anything taken off of the meal..... say she would bring the manager over Which he did. I do not know his name, but is a tall black gentleman who was Bald and appeared a little Is more muscular in Appearance..wearing atad shirt under his apron.
The manager did tell Ashley that she would be spoken to afterwards, which implies that she did something wrong. I don't think she did anything wrong as she was trying to make amends for a meal that was not offered to a customer as a customer was requesting!!!
The manager offered to take half the price of the dish off instead of the full Price which I find reprehensible ignorant and very , very poor customer service!!!!!
No one asked us If we would be interested in a dessert with only top off the rxceptionally poor Experience that i've had with this restaurant....
I have already written off going to other Carraba's locations... For the same exact issue with my veal... The lack of a grated cheese on this field dish makes this field this exceptionally bland and somewhat distasteful.
I would be willing to give actually another opportunity but if that gentleman is serving as the manager of the restaurant I am likely to walk out lack of caring for the customer at all. Faces of the experience is severely missing and is more interested in disciplinary. The polari response is to his staff. That is trying to do the best to cater to their customers.
I would like to go back there again but I guess.I may not be able to trust who is managing the operation on Any particular night that I may...

First of all, I had not been to this Carrabbas in 15 years because I wasn't all that fond of it the first time I went. But I was talked into going by a friend.
The only good thing about this restaurant was that our waitress was nice and pleasant.
I first ordered my drink (peach sangria). It was watered down. Seriously, it tasted like sangria flavored water.
Next, I ordered my appetizer. I ordered the samples. Calamari, mozzarella sticks and substituted zucchini fries for the stuffed mushrooms. It was a nice portion. The appetizers were actually good. I wasn't able to finish it all, so I boxed it. I'll get back to this later tho 🙄
For my entree, my friend and I ordered salmon with garlic mashed potatoes as our side. The salmon was extremely salty, and if this makes sense, smelled and tasted extremely fishy, like it had maybe had an hour or so day before it fully expired. And the mashed potatoes were overloaded with pepper (no garlic), and had the consistency of spackle. We tried to make the best of it, but it was too much to tolerate and we sent it back.
I ordered another drink, a rum punch basically... watered down.
The next day I decided to eat my appetizer for lunch. While I was eating my fries..I felt a small pinch on the roof of my mouth and felt something grinding in my teeth. I spit out a piece of wire (pictured).
I called the restaurant, the owner sent a $20 gift card to eat there, buy wth, I don't want to eat there ever again. !!
I called corporate twice..smdh. They have yet to call me back.

No reservations were made for a party of 2 on a Saturday night. We were told it would be about a 15/20 minute wait and took our number and I immediately received a text stating that a table was ready for us.
Once seated we were immediately greeted by our server who seemed very animated and alert during her shift.
We received bread with oil and spices and was very tasty.
Drinks, appetizers and meals were all ordered and arrived promptly at our table. She can back to check on our table twice and after that we were unable to find her. We waited until we saw her again to ask for containers and the check. Once the check was dropped off, she disappeared again as I was waiting for her return in order to break a big bill and leave a tip but she didn’t appear until we were getting up to leave.
We ordered mozzarella sticks, Fettuccine Weiss which tasted like fettuccine alfredo and Raviolis. I really enjoyed the fettuccine Weiss and added the seasoning provided with the bread on my pasta which made it perfect for me. I don’t like raviolis but these did have good flavor and taste to it. I’ve been to Carabba’s and love the pasta but this time the pasta didn’t taste as fresh as I’ve had...
