Went to pick up some lunch and noticed a worker in the rear of the store using his bare hands to turn and separate a Hugh pile of what appeared to be Lo-Mein noodles. After a minute or so passed I watch Flies buzzing around the Lo-Mein pile and then birds who flew thru the rear open door landed on the table and start eating the Lo-Mein noodles. This happened several times and when the staff actually witnessed the birds standing in the noodles they laughed and closed the rear screen door. I could not believe that the staff did not discard the pile of noodles immediately and I pray they did not use the Lo-Mein after contamination by the flies and the birds to fill in coming food orders. I will never purchase food...

I ordered a pickup online at the start of their business day. I arrived a few mins before the time given. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude and his female counterpart was just as rude and unhelpful! I watched said gentleman turn around walk back to the kitchen area pull my order out of the microwave and load it into a container! If I did not already pay online, I would have left that food right there! Suffice to say I was left only eating the rice I seen was freshly cooked! Soup is bland and the wonton tasted funny, as described by my son! I would assume that was left over from the day prior as well! I would not recommend this venue as there would be a high chance of getting...

2nd time ordering and didn't get what I asked for or paid for. Ordered 3 lousy lunch specials on Grub Hub. Asked for steamed rice for one and fried rice for the other 2 and they gave me fried rice for all 3 meals. Receipt clearly says steamed rice. I also got 3 wonton soups with NO SOUP NOODLES 2ND TIME in a row!! And Wonton soup was just that. 3 wontons and plain chicken broth. NO Scallions. NO Onions or Shredded Pork in the broth! Plain and horrible! Couldn't eat it with no noodles again! I don't know how hard it is to receive a correct order. Double check orders. I pay delivery and tax and tips. Time to cook myself or find a NEW...
