Absolute worst service through regency. I ordered a table, four chairs and a bench on Jan 31st. Table and four chairs took 7 weeks to come in. At first I was told 4 weeks. Then 6-8. Fine. The bench I am still waiting for and I am being told it will come end of May. Does it make any sense that I should wait 4-5 months for one single piece of furniture????????? And when I called I was told a manager would be in touch with me. Nothing. I've received zero correspondence about the status of my order from regency itself and zero conclusive information. Customer service has not done anything to remediate this situation. I'm from a community of people with big families and the need for quality furniture. I've already referred several families away from regency due to the incompetence of this company. My advice is to try BOB's furniture or Raymour and flannigan. Regency is quick to make a sale, take a credit card, delay delivery for several weeks and then leave you with zero communication. Poor business practices and low quality...
Read moreOn February 4 2024 I ordered a living room set that had a chaise lounge. I was having surgery on my right shoulder in April of 2024. I made clear to the salesperson that I needed the furniture by the end of March 2024 if not then cancel my order. Was told not a problem but here it is March 31 2024 and no furniture. Ihave been to Regency Furniture two times in the last 3 weeks. The first time I was told by the manager he would look into it and give me a call. Never received a call. Second time I went there they had a new manager. Was told by the manager that she would get into it and given me a call but again no call. Thrid time went there saw same manager as the last time. Was told there computer system was down for two days and reason for no call. She told me sge would call me Sunday March 31 2024. I said if the furniture could not be delivered by Monday April 1 2024 then I would like to cancel my order. So, I will see what happens today...
Read moreWent in store November 1st 2025, looking for a power lift chair. Expressed multiples times that if we were to purchase today, I wanted the chair before Thanksgiving. I was advised that they keep all items I was interested in, in the United States, so the lead time wouldn’t be long. We discussed numbers and decided to check out. They made an error on our invoice that was corrected. What we were not made aware of until last minute was a 10% deposit needed. Nor did they inform us that the furniture could take up to 12 weeks, found that out once the invoice was printed. Then after everything was processed found out the chair was not in stock and needed to be ordered. I was told I would get a call in 2-3 days, still have yet to receive a phone call. Now when I go online to track the status, it’s informing me the chair won’t be available till December...
