Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

Went through the drive through about 9:30pm or so and wondered why a car was sitting at the drive through speaker for so long. I was about to beep my horn because I thought they were just sitting there only to realize they didn't even order yet as they tried to yell and get the attention of the people inside. The person finally answered after about 5 minutes of this and then its my turn. I get the same treatment of no response as I try to yell into the speaker to get someone to answer. At this point there about 5 other people behind me beeping too. Finally a lady answers only for me to repeat my order like 10 times for her to repeat it back to me right. I pull around and she hands me my drink and I tell her it doesn't look like what I ordered. I ordered a coca moca latte, medium, iced. She said that what it is and so I take it since I've already spent more time here than I wanted. As I pull off and look at my drink I know why it doesn't look right. She put all the coca flavor/ chocolate at the bottom of the drink and just poured the coffee on top, didn't mix it together likes its suppose to be. I had gone to the dunking donuts on hulmeville road, Bensalem with my 80 year old grandmother. We kept trying to order donuts however the attendant was extremely rude and kept trying to give us donuts we didn't want. After giving us the wrong donut three times and telling her that we would like 6 boston cream donuts, the attendant turned around and said "Oh my god!" under her breathe. The attendant kept rushing my grandmother every time she was trying to order her donuts. This caused my grandmother to become extremely flustered. My grandmother then tried to pay for the donuts and the cashier basically dropped the change on the table for my grandmother to pick up. We took our donuts without the cashier even handing us our donuts or a "Thank you come again." I would never recommend going to this dunkin' donuts just because the employees are extremely rude and will not listen to what you order. It's more of a headache to order things there than its worth. Was here around 4:40 pm yesterday (Sunday) went through the drive thru and asked for a red velvet macchiato with almond milk. Server said they didn’t have the red velvet (ok I get it it’s seasonal), I said they should update the menu then. He said something along the lines of “when I become a manager I will” and then I asked for just a caramel coffee. I get to the window and he said macchiato I said no I’ll have a caramel coffee with almond milk. He said they don’t have almond milk. In a rude manner and didn’t even bother looking to see if they had any other milk to offer. If this server is so miserable with his position he shouldn’t be working here, maybe a retraining in customer service is in order. Thankfully there was a Wawa right next door and I gave them the business.
