I am going to start off by saying ANY POSITIVE 5 STAR REVIEWS THIS PLACE HAS ARE FAKE! THEY ARE "FRIENDS" / "FAMILY" OF FRIENDS OF THE WORKERS
WHICH I HAVE A FEELING ARE ONE IN THE SAME!!
THEY ARE FAKE REVIEWS!!! NO WAY NO FREAKIN WAY THIS PLACE COULD EVER HONESTLY GET A 5 STAR REVIEW NEVER MIND MULTIPLE IN A ROW !!!!!
I literally just tried this STORE "ONE LAST TIME" I'm sure everyone can relate to that feeling of really wanting to find a place that you can stop at daily , where you feel valued and is money well spent.
So I tried again this morning and at this point it's only because of the convenience of their drive thru But THIS IS IT FOR ME!!!!!!!!!! THERE IS A PICTURE ALREADY POSTED ONE REVIEW BELOW MINE of the problem and nothing is obviously being done to correct the problem this location!
Not to be rude but that picture captures better than I can verbally have you understand the unwelcome that you feel when you go in there look at all of their faces

For the first couple of months they were great, but they've recently became rude, snobby and nasty. Including messing up our orders occasionally. And also overcharging customers as well. My dad ordered a frozen coffee where on the menu, says it's $1.99 but was charged $2.99 instead. When he asked the young female cashier about it, she just stared at him blankly as if she had no idea what he was talking about. Unfortunately though, she isn't the worst one as the older female is the worst of them all. Doesn't speak English at all and is very unprofessional. When I ordered 3 drinks one time, she asked me something but I couldn't understand her and just said no thank you but she kept asking me and getting annoyed. When I went to pick up my drinks, do you think she gave me a cup carrier? Nope. How was I suppose to carry three drinks without one? I had to reach over the counter to get one myself. I have other people who are saying they've been messing up their orders as well so I'm not the only one. Received a drink with 2 extra caramel shots (making it 6 total all together) rather than 2 espresso shots as any right-minded person would interpret "2 extra shots." Politely asked the lady at the counter to remake the drink. She made a new one, and then said I have to pay again. I just did not think it was right. I asked her again if she wanted me to pay for her mistake, she stated with an attitude that I HAD to tell her I wanted espresso shots.. I asked if I could see the manager. Was not about the money, just couldn't believe the service I was getting. She just said no to me with a smile on her face. As in "No, you can't " rather than "No, manager is not in, etc.." Nobody apologized, no one even tried to make a customer feel better. Haven't seen service so rude in a while. I paid for a 2nd coffee, but I am never coming back to this location. Total nonsense, I felt like it was done on purpose to make me pay more, like they were looking for any excuse to charge whatever they could, and they would not even hide their attitude.
