I really like it here. I come to this place all the time they make great coffee and the workers are nice. Except recently this workers are forgetting to complete my order and it’s by this girl I don’t know her name but she is white with brown hair and has glasses. One time I went I asked for a mocha iced cappuccino with whip cream and I get my drink and she didn’t put any whip cream. Then another time I went I asked for a mocha iced latte with whip cream and two donuts and she just gave me my drink and then I was like I asked for two donuts and she said it wasn’t on the receipt. The guy at the drive through Indian man I can’t even call him gentleman because this is now my third time he has spoken down to me and was disrespectful! i did like this location when the blonde girl worked the early AM but now it’s this terrible girl with black curly hair. my food is ice cold, i can’t even eat it. my bacon had no seasoning despite being $4 for a bag of bacon and my coffee looks like they had a creamer shortage first thing in the morning. not sure how hard it is to have consistency as a franchise but clearly this staff isn’t very strong. the girl at the window is rude and gave me an attitude because i told her she forgot my food item, THAT I PAID FOR. don’t forget it and you wouldn’t have to go...
