Total Liquidators — Local services in Bensalem Township

My experience today has left such a off-putting taste in my mouth, I will no longer be supporting this business. I have followed TL from their Bristol location to Levittown, and now Bensalem. I frequent the warminster location as well when i’m in the area, so I can knowledgeably say I am a good judge when it comes to their inventory and pricing. As the locations change their pricing has increased higher and higher to the point where a lot of things aren’t even a good deal anymore. You are better off getting the actual product on a better sale at target, in good condition, and returnable if needed. As well as, there are tons of other liquidation centers now that have way better inventory and specially pricing.

This past sunday I was looking at their shoes when I realized the store was closing in 3 minutes, I grabbed the shoe box and made my way to checkout. When I got home I realized I grabbed the wrong box. I went back the very next day they were open and asked to exchange it for my shoes and the cashier, while polite, without even fully hearing me pointed to the ALL SALES FINAL sign. After a minute she said its not her policy but she will go ask, and goes in the back and comes back a minute later and says no. They have hundreds of those shoes sitting back there that probably cost them pennies to the dollar in a bulk palette, and cost me five bucks. So, not worth the fuss - I just left. What does bother me is how greedy and ignorant of a business i’ve spent the past few years and thousands of dollars...

If you’re going in the summer- be aware that there is NO air conditioning. I came with my older mother and baby, had to leave within 30 minutes due to the sweltering heat. It’s downright negligence on the owners to let their staff work in that condition. Over 90 degs out and no air.

As others have mentioned, the prices are still high on cheap items. $4.99 Dawn power foam is $4 here. That’s a 20% discount, you can do better with app coupons at target (even though TL claims on their Fb they are 40%+ discounted).

The only thing I do buy most often would be clothes and diapers. The clothes are not organized by season which is a pain- they would sell more (people don’t want to search).

Overall it’s worth it for the clothes and diapers but not much else is...

Unorganized, dirty and poor customer service. Went there for the 3 for $10 deal and assumed the baby sets were considered 1 item. Nope. At checkout I was told that a 3 item BABY set was $10. Let's be honest, you can go to Target and get a set for the same price, if not less on clearance. When I said I wasn't aware of this and wouldn't be getting some things, I was given MAJOR attitude from the cashier. If you're gonna be miserable, don't get a job in customer service. Won't be returning here or any other...
