I cannot express enough how deeply disappointed and disheartened I am with the restaurant I chose to celebrate my wedding day on May 27th. What should have been a joyous occasion turned into an absolute nightmare, thanks to the abysmal service, food shortage, rude customer service, and inept management that plagued the entire experience.
To begin with, the food shortage was an egregious blunder that left my guests and me astounded. It is unfathomable that a restaurant would fail to adequately plan and prepare for a special event like a wedding. The limited choices on the menu were further diminished by the fact that several items were unavailable, leaving many guests unsatisfied and hungry. It was a colossal failure on the part of the restaurant's management to provide the promised meals and a severe breach of trust on such a significant day.
Unfortunately, the service we received was equally disastrous. The staff members exhibited a shocking level of rudeness and indifference towards our wedding party and guests. They seemed utterly disinterested in providing even the most basic courtesy or assistance. Our requests for information, accommodations, and simple pleasantries were met with disdain and an appalling lack of professionalism. It was a stark contrast to the warm and accommodating service that we had expected on our special day.
The management's incompetence was glaringly apparent throughout the entire event. It was evident that they had no control over the staff, who appeared disorganized and poorly trained. The lack of communication between the management and the staff resulted in a chaotic environment where nothing ran smoothly. The management's failure to rectify the situation or offer any meaningful solutions only compounded the frustration and disappointment we experienced.
My wedding day, which should have been filled with cherished memories, was marred by this restaurant's complete disregard for its patrons' happiness and satisfaction. It is utterly unacceptable to treat customers in such a callous and disrespectful manner, especially on a day as important as a wedding. The restaurant's failure to meet even the most basic expectations of service and hospitality is nothing short of a betrayal.
I cannot caution future customers enough to steer clear of this establishment. Its glaring shortcomings in food preparation, customer service, and management make it unfit for any special occasion or even a casual visit. The memories I hoped to create on my wedding day were tarnished by the incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by this restaurant.

Read moreThis Indo-Chinese place is absolutely amazing! We ordered a combination of Indian and Chinese food that was some of the best we have ever had! What I loved about it is it wasn’t greasy or had any strong soy sauce flavoring like typical Chinese food does. We also like spices but prefer mild and were impressed that they honored that. To start, we ordered three appetizers. The samosa were huge; crunchy yet tender in the middle. There was a plate of veggie pokoras that were a batch of bite-sized, crunchy yumminess! And the fried cauliflower was prepared the Chinese way, tasting so scrumptious w their spices & green onions. You can tell the chicken tandoor was freshly prepared & absolutely thrilled it was cooked to perfection! I ordered veggie noodles w shrimp that was so light and tasty! If I wasn’t so full from the appetizers, I surely would have ate the entire entree! We ordered fried rice they made w basmati rice and a mix of vegetables that wasn’t loaded with soy sauce; but rather spices and ghee. Naan was brought out piping hot w melted butter that tasted amazing simply by itself! I had to try their saag paneer, even though it was clearly too much food. We opted to dine in, as tables were distanced far apart. We were comfortable with the level of cleanliness and their wearing masks and gloves while serving us. The portion were huge and the price was even better! A meal like this in the city would run $$$$ but this place is fine dining for $$. So glad I found my new go to...
Read moreWe recently rented the hall side of this restaurant to host a wedding anniversary party for about 70 guests, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The food itself was mediocre, but the real issue was the extremely poor service. Despite the size of our party, there were only two workers total (the owner and one waiter), and both were also serving the restaurant side of the venue at the same time. As a result, the service we were promised simply wasn’t possible. When we booked the space months in advance, we were assured that there would be waitstaff to handle the bar, buffet, table service, and clearing of dishes. Instead, the two people working were constantly running back and forth between the hall and the restaurant, leaving our guests without the proper attention. Dirty plates piled up, and the level of care expected for an event of this size was nowhere near met. To make matters worse, even though drinks were said to be included, basic requests like tea and coffee were not accommodated for the 2–3 guests who asked for them. It’s shocking that a restaurant could not provide such a simple request at an event. Given that we booked this venue 3–4 months in advance, we expected much better preparation and staffing. Sadly, that was not the case. I would not recommend hosting a party...
