I mean, it's wawa, they all are setup the same, and have the same stuff, but the interaction with the employees (specifically one person) wasn't fantastic, I was met at the register by a lady that was very upbeat to all the customers before me, giving them warm greetings and being extremely friendly, then suddenly I walk up and her smile turns to a frown, no "how are you doing?" Or any greeting, just scanned my items, told me the total and bagged them, no "have a nice day" either, I had frequented this particular Wawa a lot back before I moved and have been nothing but nice to all the employees. I think I was judged harshly just because I don't naturally smile, and have a few facial piercings. This particular cashier was heavy set and appeared to be new as another employee had to enter their number on the register.
Tldr, it was a very uncomfortable experience with being stared at and stereotyped by my appearance when I'm usually very kind...
Read moreEvery other day the cupaccino machine has out of service sign on the french vanilla. This morning every flavor had a sign. Its not because its broken, its because they are too lazy to clean the machine. Pictures below to prove that! Also added the pic of the dirty soda machine too! DO BETTER WITH THE PEOPLE YOU HAVE RUNNING YOUR STORES WAWA! I will be filing a complaint with corperate on this store also! I even spoke to a girl at this store who said they only clean the machine once a week. I know for a fact its supposed to be daily if not each shift! Update: 12/15/24 5:30am Sunday Machine down again! Has been many times between the times of this post. This morning Shannon helped us which we were thankful for but she had an attitude about having to do so. We still never got our coffee because it still didnt work and I was not going to ask someone with an attitude about helping us the first time to fix it again. Wawa fix...
Read morethe service i recieve by associate lexie at 12:15am on 6/29/19 ... she felt as though i called her out her name and rudely corrected me with a attitude. secondly i was but a few inchs away from her while making my chicken noodle soup order. ignored my request and then gave such attitude that i didn't deserve as a customer i went to ask her a question about the order she tells me its too many bleeps and sounds she wasnt able to hear me. clearly she was ignoring me and did nothing to hear what i was saying to correct my order. later says to me. the order was made already when i paid and clearly stood by and watch her make it. that needs to be addressed its bad customer service for me and another customer that has to deal with such distrut . im a regular customer and if i have to escalate this i will cause that's poor behavior and a front face...
