Updated review: Invoice #10346. Went Sunday 10/15/22. 7:47pm for dinner. Drive thru was backed up so looked inside and didn’t see many people so decided to go inside. Actually got the at 7:20 and was 4th in line. Waited and waited. It appeared no one was working the register. As I stood in line talking with the others in line with me about what was going on, some were leaving (2). Finally a female employee came and took the 3 customers in front of me and left again. The all-star employee (Carmen I believe) came up and fixed those orders as well as the online orders. Other employee still not back. When she appear you could see she was not wanting to be there. Looked around and walked back off again. The all-star employee finished the 5-6 orders she was working and came over to take my order and started making it. As well as another couple of online orders. The other female employee came back only to go on break. 🤦🏼♂️. It’s super obvious she is not a happy employee. Finally got out of there 30 minutes later for a $13.22 order. Ridiculous. If this other employee helped at all that time could of been cut in half. If or when I go back if this employee is there I will walk out. Again ridiculous. 2 star is for the young lady that was actually working.
Got 2 four piece chicken tender dinners thru the drive thru. Line went fairly quickly and wasn’t too terribly long. Got to the window and the nice young man greeted us. He was very nice and friendly.
Here’s why only 4 stars. Tender were very small. Bigger than chicken nuggets but not much. AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY’VE DISCONTINUED RANCH DIPPING SAUCE!!...
Read moreThis is a reflection of the service, only. They messed up my order, fixed it at the window, but then spilled a large drink all over me and my car due to the cup not actually being closed. Literally down my seat, car door, floor, lap, etc. I had to park, walk back in with a stained shirt and wet pants to ask for a refund after just giving the food back because I now have a mess to clean and need a towel to clean up the mess. Who wants to sit and eat food in a wet seat in a stained shirt, wet pants and wet underwear in the middle of the day? Right. So as an employee, to see the cup fall apart immediately after handing it to the customer, having the drive through line being held up as they they pick ice cubes out of their lap and trying to dry their shirt, I think it's common sense to offer a refund and offer help more than some napkins to clean up a preventable mess. I also think I was shortchanged on my refund, that had to be requested. The person at the counter seemed confident it was right so what am I going to do but $5 and change back for a sausage biscuit with large fry and drink doesn't seem right when I ordered the same thing at a different location the same day and paid $7-$8. The whole experience was frustrating and I think the staff needs better training. Sweet tea is not water. It does not just wipe away cleanly. Offer a cup of water and a towel so they can actually clean their car or just close the drink top properly so it doesn't fly off during...
Read moreWent to Bojangles last night and ordered the family feast. Got home and didn't have any of the chicken strips or the sauces. It was late and I don't live close so I called and the girl had me write her name on the receipt. I went back today and asked for a manager and told her the situation. She asked who I talked to and I showed her my receipt. They were busy and it took forever but I understood. What for me the most was the rudeness of the one older lady and her attitude towards the employee and her remarks towards customers in general. When I had originally ordered, I just asked for a variety of sauces because I didn't know what they wanted. Apparently the original lady that took my order put two of each sauce. So when the younger employee was packing the bags, the older employee started yelling at her for giving so many sauces and then made the remark that there was only 12 strips and you didn't need that many sauces and that customers for something else thinking they could have all these sauces. First, I didn't ask for that many sauces and second she should not be speaking that way in front of customers about customers and thirdly she should not be yelling at her employee in front of customers. I am in customer service and you should never be doing this. Extremely...
