KFC — Restaurant in North Carolina

Customer service is playing everything I even rounded my order up to donate to the college fund by $0.29 which I thought was cool so the total was $7 I had ordered a two piece $5 box with mac and cheese and a order of Nacho fries.

I went to get my soda while waiting for my order did not remember my order number but already got rid of my ticket a Spanish guy came up to the counter and got some sauces for his table he also took the order off the counter which was supposed to be my order.

My order was for to go so I assumed it was not my order because it was set up on a tray I ordered mac and cheese and it had mashed potatoes but otherwise it looked like something that I had ordered.

The girl was like can I help you I said yeah I'm just waiting on my order the dude behind her said yeah that's order 29 and she said oh and the Spanish guy said oh cuz he had took my plate to his table.

I said forget it keep the food cuz they were going to go to the table and get the food from the kids I don't take kid food from nobody's mouth even if I did pay for it

I just simply said I would not recommend this store or come here again thank you for the messed-up service KTTAXI your...

Arrived at drive thru 12:08 PM Sunday. Ordered 2 pot pies and chalupa box. Was asked if I wanted to get combos with drunk and cookie for 1.00 more. We said ok. Got to the window about 5 minutes later. Paid out money and was told by the cashier to pull up and they would bring order out. At 12.35 I went into the store to see where our order was. The girl at the counter looked at my receipt and said they were waiting for the pot pies to come out. I asked about the chalupa box and she informed me that i had all ready received it. I waited until 12.44 before I finally got all of my order and when I did it was just placed in the counter . No apologies, no nothing. If I had not already paid I would never had waited. I am usually a very patient person and give people a lot of leeway. However it happen to be mothers day and my mom loves the potpie. When I finally got to her house she had almost give up on me. From time of order till receipt of meal 12:08 to 12:45. I'll never go back to this store and I will not encourage anyone else to. Oh, btw they have me a little piece of paper to do a survey ....

I don't know if this is a common KFC experience, but the wait was about 15 minutes in the drive-through-line and upon pulling up to the window, there was a gentleman who took my card stating that he 'hoped I was paying in credit' because that's all he knew how to do. Meanwhile, there was a young African American woman (in a KFC uniform) walking around the kitchen area cursing very loudly (f-this and f-that). When I asked to speak to the manager about this twilight-zone event, he said they could not send her home because she was the only cashier in that night (not that she was doing her job anyway). He looked about 22/23 years old himself, poor thing. Another gentleman said that 'she could not help it', as she continued to loudly laugh and curse. Truthfully, it was all very very ghetto.
