Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Benton Charter Township

UPDATE it's now Oct 24 and I still don't have a refund for the 2 pops customer service told me on the Oct 7th the refund would be processed (they denied me just coming up and getting 2 pops) . Nothing in my bank account, I reached out this week and now someone from a 248 # is harrassing me, trying to give me a sandwich which I've refused from the start (didn't like their food AND I'm not trying to get anything free JUST what I paid for) I tell them this and they CONTINUE to try to force me to get a sandwich too. Offering is "nice" but if a customer refuses let it go, trying to FORCE someone to take something they don't want and didn't ever ask for actually = horrible customer service. I'm considering fliting a compliant with the BBB so ordered only right before 8pm on a friday night got there for pick up about 8:20 the place is packed with folks waiting I go to the pick up like the directions tell me too, a worker asks me my name I tell him and after a few seconds he points to a big bag, I take say thanks and leave. 5 mins later I'm at home and our two sandwich are there but NO rootbeer, I've filed a complaint for a refund for them, then when heating up my subs I see they switched the bread on me and my moms food AND left onions on mine when I took that off, as a 1st time customer I'm pissed, 28 dollars for this mess and about $6 were the drinks I didn't get and a 3 tip, next time I won't give one anywhere that a site asks me to BEFORE I even get or taste my food, take that...

Jersey Mike's Subs in Benton Harbor, Michigan, truly delivers an incredible experience! As a Chicago native, I’ve genuinely missed my hoagies, but this place has reignited that delicious taste for me. The energy and warm atmosphere here are simply fantastic!

The food is outstanding! I’m a big fan of a well-balanced sandwich that's juicy and packed with onions and flavor, and Jersey Mike's Subs nails it every time. I highly recommend going for the giant sandwich—it's perfect for anyone who wants a meal that lasts throughout the day. Plus, the portion sizes are excellent for what you pay!

The service stands out as exceptional as well. The usual guy on the meat slicer with dreads really captures the example and definition of service, and he welcomes everyone with a smile. He’s always ready to engage in conversation and offers helpful tips for creating the perfect sandwich. The rest of the staff radiate joy and are genuinely eager to assist customers.

The restaurant itself is clean and provides a great setting. With the delicious food they serve, I wouldn’t be surprised if they need to expand their seating in the future—it's that good!

I ordered 4 sandwiches. I drove home to find only 3 sandwiches. I called to ask what happened with my other sandwich. They said it's sitting on the counter there, that they hadn't given it to me in the bag with the other sandwiches. I asked them to remake the sandwich as it was a hot sandwich. They said they would not remake it since I forgot it there. The worker literally handed me my bag with sandwiches. How was I to know that I had to ask for my complete order? I drove 30 minutes round trip to pick up this sandwich that was cold when I got there. I have never had a problem with Jersey Mike's and I order from there all of the time when I travel. I was so excited to finally have one in our area. This is so disappointing. I highly doubt I will return to this location as I don't want the inconvenience and expense of not having the food I ordered. I'm not even upset that I didn't get the sandwich initally. Mistakes happen. I'm upset that they couldn't remake a hot sandwich for me with their error. We planned a special dinner tonight just to have Jersey Mike's. What a disappointment, an expensive...
