Tonight we decided last minute to go thru the Arby's drive thru to grab a quick dinner on our way home. $52 later we head home with our dinner. The moment we get home we find that we are missing the au jus dip for one of our sandwiches. So I load up and head back. I get the dip and go home to sit down to eat. At this point fries and sandwiches are getting cold. But still acceptable. However, my wife opens hers and it's a club wrap not a buffalo wrap. So we call the manager and I head back up there. After almost 10 minutes of waiting for the manager and staff to notice I'm standing there patiently waiting, I'm greeted with a "yes what do you need". Really?!. It took awhile but they finally fixed the order and I get home. Food is completely cold. It looks like my fries are from the bottom of the bag just small crumbs of curly fries. If I would not have made three trips to get our order correct and it would of been done the first time. We would of been able to eat hot food, and feel satisfied with our $52 purchase. It's fast food. Your job is not hard. I don't care if I spend 5 bucks or 50 bucks. Make it right the first time. The food was bad and cold, the staff was not friendly and the manager was rude.    Read moreOne of the worst customer service experiences from a cashier named Jordan. Iâm shocked and angry that I was treated so poorly by the staff and the manager Courtney watched the whole situation happen and acted as if he was afraid to intervene.
I ordered and waited for about 15 min for my food watching everyone who came in after me get their trays and leave. When I waited my turn again and asked if my food was being worked on yet, the cashier very aggressively told me âyouâll get your food when itâs ready, wait for us to call your name.â I explained to all of the staff looking at us (bc she was loud) my reasoning for asking wasnât rude, I think they skipped me by accident and The cashier Jordan proceeds to argue with me about my nameâŚcalling me GriffinâŚand yelling at me in front of a dozen people who all had big eyes and waited for a resolution. it was SO bizarre and not one employee stepped up to treat me kindly or apologize for the disrespect and mishap. I left. Empty handed and highly upset. I wrote to corporate and they didnât respond. There is no phone line or Iâd have called it too. Had to wait to order at the drive through, the digital screen messed up and took the menu away so we couldnât see the new items. The person taking the order seemed agitated right from the start. We placed our order and asked for extra crispy fries and when it was handed out to us - the fries were not even golden so we asked if we could get crispy fries and the same person who took our order hatefully said they would have to burn them. I asked for a refund for the fries and she took them and walked away, then came back and said they were cooking more and would bring them out so we pulled up and when they brought them they were the same fries but they had fries them again and they were greasy.
