(WOULD BE NEGATIVE STARS)10/26/19- We placed a delivery order on the Chili's app Saturday at 4 something, the order shows up and it's not ours. It has a completely different name and food items. The delivery person states that her BF and her both do deliveries she is having him run and get it to bring. I call Chili's and state they gave the wrong order is mine ready. She (Annie) states yes and that it's been sitting there a while, offered to remake but tells me it's going to take a while cause it is the dinner rush. Obviously that's not my problem my order should be bumped to the top due to their mistake. Second-order then arrives very quickly and food is obviously not remade was completely cold and dipping sauces were warm. Then on top of that order was not correct, we put extra ranch and received other dipping sauce instead of ranch, and onions on the burgers so even if they were warm could not be eaten by the person do to medical issues when eating onions.
Called Chili's and they(A guy, not Annie) say that Doordash is to give a refund, makes no sense as the order was through Chilis not door dash and my card was charged by Chili's, not door dash. Call Doordash and they tell me no Chilis is to refund you. Lucky the only helpful employee was the Doordash employee who calls Chilis for me and explains that they are to refund me. I then had to give my full card information to the person over the phone (Annie), who then reads my full card information out loud. So on top of all this, I also am going to be out the fee to get a new card as my full card number and CVV are floating around written down, in emails and been said out loud.
I called back on Monday to talk to (Annie) who stated she requested a refund. This was not the case, I contacted HQ who then requested the actual refund over a week later. I finally received refund on 11/09, along with $25 in "certificates" to use.

Read moreToday I ordered for the last time at Chilis in Bryant/Benton. I ordered on line for curbside pickup. I've ordered that way the last 3times I orderered. The first time the order was perfect. I pulled up, texted 'here' and out came my order. Just as I expected. The next time I pulled up and texted and waited and waited until I finally went in to the takeout counter and was told they were looking for my order. Finally, they found it and I left. I was dissatisfied with the service but every place can have one bad day so I didn't complain. Today I ordererd curbside and got there at the designated time. I texted 'here' and waited 5 minutes. I decided to go in since apparently curbside means I pull up to the curb and get out to pick up the order. There was no one at the to go counter but a sign that directed me to the bar. A nice apologetic young man went to get the order and about 5 minutes later I was on my way home. When I got home, I got to cook my burger because I don't eat raw meat. The outside was cooked but the inside was basically tartar. I took a picture of it just so I could look at it if I ever forget and think about ordering there again. After I finished cooking it, it was actually good. My complaint is this: if I order curbside, I expect it to be delivered to me CURBSIDE at exactly the time I am told to be there. I don't want to have to 'go to the bar' to pick it up and wait while you get it together for 10 minutes after I get there. Read moreToday was horrible cold food, hot drinks, hot wilted lettuce that was mostly yellow and white had to pick over half out of the salad to eat it. I know times r weird but could have put cans in the freezer or refridgerator but cant explain cold fries and super chared burger, hot ceasar salad that was just wilted lettuce and teeth breaking croutons, molten lava cake no hot fudge sauce just magic hard shell and a dot of carmel. Potato soup like water its never thin at this location. They had power. Its usually very good food at this location. It was lunch time. Won't be going back for a long while. But I'll go back because I bought gift cards as gifts. I pray the ones I gave out as gifts do not get such horrible food. It would be an embaressment for me. I put my faith in Chillis when I gave their gift cards out. I gave out several hundred dollars worth. Now service was attentive she tried bad food not her fault. I did complain but nothing done about anything, paid full price so I feel fully allowed to state all that accured today.
