Wild Boutique — Local services in Benton

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the outside of the building is gorgeous as well as the sparkly horse inside...I wish the employees were as friendly as the outside and decor is beautiful!! I had spoken with a manager a couple months ago about the customer service while shopping here...the past few times I have been in I have not been impressed but have overlooked it because as the manager had explained when I came in “they were visiting friends from college” and expected that another excuse would be made so I don’t need to say anything. Friday they had their grand opening of their new store. My mom and I were eager to shop because we were looking to shop local and I thought “let’s just give it a try - new building new atmosphere?” WRONG. My mom and I were in there for 10 minutes (they were not very busy at this time when we came in - maybe 6 other people in there) and we were not greeted, told sales, or even checked on. As someone who has been a manager in retail I know that the first 1-2 minutes a customer is in a store they should be greeted and told the sales. I am not impressed and most likely will not be back especially after talking to someone about the issue of bad customer service already. I am glad there that there are much friendlier boutiques downtown for time to...

The reason why I'm giving this boutique 1 star is because the clothes are really cute. So as me, my daughter, and my friend was walking into the store the lady was crossing the street. She was walking towards the store and she opened the door and when we walked up she asked were we coming in and we said yes and thank you. So after that it was dead silence, me and my friend and daughter was looking at all the cute clothes and still nothing. I'm like is anybody gone say hi! Like how are you, let me know if you need any help or anything, but we got nothing. We walked through the whole store and it was dead silence. The customer service is horrible. I would never go back to this store and the fact that this young lady recommended me to go there! Really I would never do that again. On another note Burger Shack was amazing plus We had a great experience at True boutique and at Soco boutique! So to the owner of the store and employees please do better! Treat people how you want to be treated! Even if your on the floor putting stuff out stop and say Hi!...

the workers there are so rude when my freind was in the dressing room they kept mocking us and talking about us saying we were stealing and my sister was joking saying like ima need to call momma and tell her to get me some money. And one of the workers Was mocking her and copying her in a baby voice. And from the moment we walked in there they were watching us. Definitely don’t recommend they only have some cute tops but they are wayyyy...
