At about 6:15 today, we went through the drive through with a mobile order that was confirmed at the speaker. When we pulled up to the window, we had to sit for a minute because apparently the order hadn’t reached the monitors inside. The man working kindly asked why we were there. Then, around the corner inside we hear someone yelling really rudely, “Why are they at the window when there’s no order on the screen?!” We thought she was yelling at the man and the girl at the window (which was so rude), but then she turns the corner asking me and my husband, “Why are y’all at the window? You can’t just drive straight to the window without putting your order in.” I told her we did and she said, with all the attitude in the world, “Y’all are gonna have to pull around.” To which I replied, “Absolutely not.” There was nobody in line behind us anyway. The sweet man said he was the one that took our order, but he didn’t know why it wasn’t on the screen while she continued to be rude in the background. I told him it wasn’t him, and that she needs to speak kinder to her coworkers. I don’t care what kind of day you’re having, but you don’t speak to people who’re doing their best that way, and you especially don’t speak to customers who did everything right with that tone. Anyway, her name is Cheyenne, though I don’t know how she spells it. So if you know her and she works at this location, tell her she needs an attitude adjustment and quickly because nobody that is doing what they’re supposed to should be spoken...

I placed an order in store and waited over 30 minutes for food (not a crazy big order or anything fancy) only to discover that the staff had no record of my order and wanted to see my receipt, which the kiosk didn't print one. So when I finally requested my money back the staff was very rude and condescending about my request. While I was waiting for my order that never came, I saw no less than 6 different customers come in from the drive thru stating that their orders were incorrect. This location is absolutely terrible and the staff are more concerned about corporate write ups than customer service. This location is in dire need of a competent manager and employees who can follow simple directions. Don't waste your time at...
Read moreI'm a 10am 2 hard shell tacos almost everyday kinda person and today my friends at TB dropped the ball and I paid for it. The first trip thru the drive thru was friendly and sweet and made me smile But after leaving the drive thru and parking the food was not so good . Tacos are suppose to have meat lettuce and cheese in the correct portion. The portion of the meat lettuce and cheese was equal to a 2 teaspoon in each taco. I returned went inside asked the nice young lady to please fix my order told her the inside portion was not right and please fix it . She returned the same tacos rewrapped . I paid 3.97 for 4 teaspoon of taco portion between the 2 tacos . So bad visit ... thumbs down today on Food , Customer Service...
