Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Benton

Shakes are half price after 7:30 if ordered thru the app or online. We tried to place order online and it wouldn't do anything when you press checkout so when we pushed the order button on the stall, we explained we tried to order online to get half-price but it wasn't working, a young man came out kept asking our name on our order and we showed him the phone where it wouldn't let us get that far. In the meantime, they were filling the order that we told them we were trying to place on line, by the time the girl came out with that, the young man still did not understand the problem so we said forget it just give us our order at full price because this is stupid. The sweet girl Jayden who brought the order out asked if we would like some coupons for our trouble which by this time we just wanted to be done so we refused. That's not even my complaint, my complaint is that we BOTH received plain vanilla shakes which wasn't what we ordered so I went to walk up stall and asked if someone could come out I had a complaint. A female in a pink shirt marched up to me I explained we had ordered peanut butter and oreo shakes and there was no flavor at all in either cup at which point she yanked them from my hands threw them in the trash and hatefully said they'll be right out. She was correct she brought them right out with the worst attitude of a person who works in public service maybe...

I stop here on my way to work most mornings and usually I get smiles and friendly service. Not so this morning. I usually order a BLT or two. Once I got a BL because they were out of tomatoes. I went back and complained and they politely explained, but they made it right later that day. Today I got a BLT with two skinny strips of bacon, see picture. I am working on a holiday for my company because someone scheduled a delivery so I can't leave work until I receive the shipment. I notice every so often that my $4.42 BLT is lacking bacon for some reason. I like going here because it is convenient and some of the employees are very nice like Tyler, Hannah, and very pretty young black girl with a unique name I can't remember. The girl at the window this morning wasn't mean, but she wasn't friendly either. Like she was indifferent to whether I ate there or not. Sadly I think I am gonna go try the one in Bryant even though it is way out of my way. Maybe they have someone at the grill that knows how to make a BLT...

I have never had such incompetent service at a sonic. I had gotten drinks earlier in the day every single one was kind of off but just enough on the correct side of not to complain. Then I go back later to get food and I order a chocolate chip cookie dough blast and have to tell the person FIVE times. I can understand having to repeat once or twice but then they don’t even get it right on the screen. That’s fine I give up and pay. I don’t receive the cookie dough shake at all AND I get BBQ boneless wings get home and they have no sauce!! I am extremely frustrated even though they offered to cancel the payment. I will in the future drive the extra few minutes into town to get sonic from the other location! I am just putting this in here for everyone else to know that this is the worst sonic I’ve been to and I have been to a lot in a lot sketchier...
