Absolutely horrible customer service and the manager was the most ignorant and Rude unprofessional person I’ve ever met. She basically laughed in my face when I asked if I could give away the order they had messed up on.
She also refused to give me the store number three times. They messed up on my bag of burgers order and when she told me she was going to remake the order and throw the messed up order away I said I would just keep it and give it away so it isn’t wasted. (Has anyone else noticed all the homeless people standing on the corners?)
She said if I kept the messed up order she would charge me a second time to get my order right. I asked her to clarify that she was just going to throw the other bag of food in the trash. She smiled and said yes.
I asked her why I can’t just go give it to someone since she was going to throw it away otherwise and her crew were at fault for messing up my order in the first place. She said if I wanted my order to be fixed and only be charged once she needed the messed up order so she could throw it in the trash first…
Keep in mind, the person that took my order admitted that they heard the order correctly but had put it in wrong, which I didn’t blame them at all, mistakes happen.
The thing that really bothers me is the attitude I got from the manager and how she laughed in my face about wanting to give it away instead of wasting it. She also said throwing away messed up orders instead of giving them to someone was against Braums policy.
So you mess up, I’m still charged, and you would rather waste a meal instead of giving it to someone hungry? You just lost my business and respect...
Read moreOn this particular night I went into the store and because of a mix-up with a salad that was screwed up last year I was supposedly put on the books to my surprise they didn't know what the heck I was talking about when the manager finally comes and says what's your name again and I tell him well he still gave me a hard time when I said I need extra dressing which is what I asked for the first time with the first salad. We stood at the front counter for over five minutes before someone came to take our orders. While an employee was taking my friends order a large group of people walked through the doors and got in line behind us. Another employee came around the corner and started taking the orders for the group behind me so I was left sitting at the counter waiting to order while being completely ignored.
