Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Bentonville

Brand new Chicken Salad Chick restaurant in Bentonville. Great location off the main road at the end of a strip mall. This location has a drive thru and a very nice covered, lighted patio out front. They have completely redone the inside (it used to be Smash Burger, I think), and it's very spacious, bright, and cozy. All the staff was very kind but counter service was extremely slow. There was a line and only one person taking orders, but the manager did eventually come out and bag togo orders and greet guests. The food was delicious as always. I got a chicken salad crossiant. I do wish they had more toppings for sandwiches like onions, pickle slices, olives, and condiments. They come with lettuce and tomato only and can sometimes be dry. I came in my husband and ordered a sassy Scotty on a croissant with regular chips. The croissant was super hard. You couldn’t even poke your finger through it. I took it back up there and told them and said instead of a sandwich can I please have a scoop of fruity Fran only. They wouldn’t do that because I didn’t originally order that flavor. Had their Croissant not been hard as a rock I wouldn’t have been up there in the first place. Then she put the new sandwich on the same plate with the Original croissant sandwich and gave it back to me....

I am only writing this review in hopes that they will see it and do better as I will continue to eat here. Drive-through needs work: they gave me my order without any drinks and then asked what I ordered again, I still received a sweet tea instead of unsweet and no ice and either of the drinks. Granted, the employee did bring us a cup of ice after I asked. No silverware or napkins when I ordered pasta salad, also bread was supposed to be toasted and it wasn’t. I also was not asked if I wanted lettuce, tomato or onion for my sandwich. I...
