Positive: The staff was kind and helpful. Negative: Everything else.

We arrived at The Block on 1/17/25, staying in room 101. We were impressed with the modern looking renovation. The room appeared clean. We set our belongings inside and went out for the night.

Returning to the hotel at 11pm, I found water bugs crawling freely across the floor of our room. Finding roaches in a "newly renovated" hotel is completely unacceptable. I captured a bug and gave it to hotel staff in the morning.

The second MAJOR problem with our room was the complete lack of soundproofing in the building. WE HEARD EVERYTHING. Every time a door opened during the night, it sounded as if it were the door to our room. We heard the staying above us having sex. We heard a man talking on his phone while smoking a cigarette outside of the building. We heard people speaking all night long.

None of the other guests were being loud at all. They were doing normal things at normal volumes. The walls are just SO THIN it's as if they were all staying in the room with us. It made sleeping completely impossible and made us realize why earplugs are on the counter when you walk into the room.

The third MAJOR problem is my wife was bitten and/or reacted to something INSIDE OUR BED. The bed looked to be clean, but she suffered some kind of reaction all over her body which has now persisted over 12 hours since we left the hotel.

Do not be fooled by this hotel and its good reviews. It's A worthless decrepit building redone in a trendy millennial color scheme. And honestly, the painter didn't even do a good job. I would describe the painting as a landlord special. The only positive was the staff. They were very understanding and seemed to be well aware of the building's...

We stayed back in July for a concert, while the hotel itself was nice and clean we have had no help since. I was double charged and have been trying to get a refund since our stay and nothing is being done. I’ve spoken to multiple different people and each time have been told something different. One told me to call Priceline (who we booked through) to get a refund from them. I called Priceline they said it would have to be the hotel since the second charge I received was directly from the hotel and not them. I called the hotel again and spoke to someone, they said they’d let their supervisor know and that I’d be receiving a call from them, never heard back from anyone. So I called AGAIN and they said the same thing, but this time the supervisor did call back a few hours later and said I was correct that I was double charged and a refund should hit my bank account within 24-48 hours. That was on 10/2 and I have yet to receive a refund. I called on 10/9 and left a voicemail with the number the supervisor called me from and haven’t heard back. I just want my money back and for someone to actually do something about this. It’s almost $200 that I’m out of pocket and I’m tired of this...

Our stay at The Block Hotel in Bentonville was exceptional from start to finish. Chelly made check‑in quick, friendly, and effortless, setting the tone for a comfortable stay.

The hotel’s modern boutique vibe fits Bentonville’s art‑driven culture perfectly, offering clean, stylish rooms within walking distance of downtown attractions and Crystal Bridges Museum.

One of the best parts of the stay was the diverse free breakfast — a real standout. The buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, protein options, and vegetarian choices, making it easy for everyone to find something they enjoyed. If you’re visiting Bentonville, Arkansas, for business, biking, or exploring local restaurants and museums, The Block Hotel is the perfect place to stay.

Exceptional service, a great location, and welcoming staff like Chelly make it a top pick for both comfort and...

I had a great experience staying at The Block in Bentonville. From the start, check-in was a breeze. Everything was handled via text message, and I had all the info I needed before even walking through the door. Super convenient! You can tell the hotel has been recently updated. It feels fresh but still keeps a warm, inviting vibe. The lobby is really cozy, with thoughtful touches that make it feel like a boutique stay rather than a standard hotel. One highlight for me: they had a waffle maker at breakfast (my favorite!), which is always a nice touch. My room was spacious, clean, and most importantly, the bed was really comfortable. I slept like a rock. It’s also in a great central location, close to everything I needed in Bentonville & Rogers. All in all, a solid stay. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bentonville!

The Block Hotel is about a 10 min drive from The Wal Mart Amphitheater in Rogers, which was ideal for me since I went to NWAR (from Little Rock) to attend the Junior H. concert (a Mexicsn corridos tumbados artist, hence the Mexican flag in the pics). The breakfast is a hot and cold buffet that includes various juices, hot tea, of course coffee, hot and cold cereal, bacon, sausage, hash browns, waffles, etc. You can stuff yourself if you would like and it is included in the price of the room. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. We had a whole convo on my son's decision to attend electrician school over traditional college. I highly recommend. It is a little tucked away from the main road, but still very easy to find. Please excuse any typos in the event that there are some.
