Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bentonville

This Domino’s is located inside Walmart Store. As we walked in at 12 pm, had not had lunch we decided to order a pizza. As we walk to the counter, we was greeted by a tall gentleman, did not catch his name. He might have said Hi, if he did it was soon forgot by his bad attitude. I ask any specials, he said 20% off, but you will not get a pizza for a hour. I said no problem, we have some shopping to do, we will pick up on our way out. My husband asked a hour to order or hour for the pizza. The gentleman confirmed for the pizza. I ordered the pizza, also would like some wing. He responded very quickly, we are out of bone in wings. I said okay I will take boneless, would like the garlic Parmesan. Right away, was told unable to do that. I ask you can make garlic Parmesan bone in, but not boneless. He said yes they were not allowed to toss the boneless. Okay, we will skip the wings. We paid he said 45 min to a hour. Went to get my items after 45 min checked out, then headed back to get pizza. As I was walking up he said your pizza is almost done. So I called my husband told him, pizza almost done check out , we can leave. Time he got there, still had not received pizza, then I happen to think about the crust, we were not asked what kind of crust we wanted. So when I seen the gentleman again, I asked what crust did you do on our pizza, we was not asked, and we like thin. He said I believe it was hand toss, I said oh okay, we like thin better. He left for a minute, came back said would you like for me to switch the crust, cause we have not started on your yet. I said of course, did you not tell me it was almost done, when I walked up here. He asked again, would you like for me to switch the crust? I said yes, by this time it had been a hour and 20 min. As we continued to sit and wait, I said to my husband, how long has it been, then I looked on my notifications about the payment, which was 12:12 pm, it was now 1:45pm. He must had heard me and said it will be done in 8 min. Finally 10 min later they called my name, we got the pizza, sat down to eat, we decided we wanted the little packs of sprinkle Parmesan cheese, my husband ask for some, we were told, if you wanted Parmesan cheese you had to buy it, they no longer give away. I have ordered from Dominos for many years, really actually choose them over other pizza places, but this has not sit will with me. I was charged 3.00 more for my pizza than the online price, but given the 20% off. I will not hold this bad experience against all Dominos, just won’t be back...

Absolutely GlutenFree Delightful

Highly allergic to “pizza”…(actually gluten and tomato sauce) I have never been able to fully enjoy PIZZA.

But after a short shopping trip, and a hangry headache on the rise, I popped into the extremely local and conveniently located Dominos Pizza restaurant (located INSIDE Walmart Store #100)!

Warmly greeted by Gavin at the register, I promptly put my order in… And unbeknownst to me Gavin used a coupon code to save me four dollars.

Before I even located the USB port, I was watching Mikey put together my absolute delicious pizza.

Seriously allergen free, I double checked the ingredients going into my food, and without any hesitation the staff address my concerns quickly.

Best of the best, not only the Padawan but also the master trainer, I had the best from Rogers Arkansas (now running the night crew over at Dominos inside Walmart).

If you, like me, have allergies… And cannot enjoy things like everyone else, come check out the Dominos inside Walmart Store #100 and get your pizza made fresh to order. WITHOUT ALLERGENS….

I just had the worst experience possible with Lyn. 10/21 11pm . She pretty much forced me to tip her. She even said if I didn’t tip her she would not get paid salary(Yes she drives for free). She will say the amount you tipped her and try to embarrass you and make you feel guilty.

I literally opted for contactless delivery, and gave instructions and she freaking knocked my door so hard 4 times and almost woke up my daughter.
