We came in to one gentleman behind the counter preparing food and about 5 customers total IN the store. 1 employee was eating their lunch in the dining area which is cool. Nothing against that but provide your people a personal space. A mother and her 2 children left as we came in. The man behind the counter had to holler to the back for help and grumbled that he knew they heard the door chime. 2 ladies appeared from the back and 1 came and greeted us and took our order. My wife ordered a basic turkey sub. Double turkey, lettuce only, with dressing to the side. I ordered a smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sandwich on wheat. It took the 2 ladies over 20 minutes to make a call in order who we discovered was the man and his son who had been sitting in the dining area when we came in. Then handed us our order. We arrived home not having checked our order for correctness, our mistake. My sandwich wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I honestly don’t know what it was. It had roast beef, turkey, mayo, tomato, tons of lettuce and no cheese. What? Even better my wife’s sub only had turkey and the whole thing was toasted even though she requested cold and it had no lettuce. How do you mess up a 2 ingredient sub? I ate most of whatever it was I got and it didn’t taste bad but it wasn’t what I wanted. I am just not a wasteful person. That says nothing of the giant potholes in the parking lot. Read moreWe've been here a total of 3 times. 2 of which I have ordered something. I can't stand mayo and always request "no mayo". The last time we ordered food from here, they did double mayo on everything and made our our order whole order inedible. Called to food service we ordered through and got our money back. Being thatcwe ordered that online and my husband enjoyed it the first time he tried it, we were thinking "maybe things got mixed up because we weren't the ones who got it for ourselves". So tonight my husband goes in there and made it very clear, "absolutely no mayo on anything". We get home and 2 of 3 sandwichs have no mayo. My sandwich on the other hand had it slathered on both sides. I didn't even order the same sandwich this time. My husband had only 1 good experience and I think we're just done now. Being that no matter how many times you try to call the store, it's always busy. My husband had no other choice but to stop in the middle of eating his dinner to go back and return mine. We would not recommend 👎🏼

Read moreI walked in to get a sandwich today around lunch time. It wasn’t busy, maybe 4 people in the resteraunt. My sandwich wasn’t made correctly, which is fine, so I requested it be made again. At this point I had already waited 10 minutes for the first sandwich.
They then proceeded to make sandwiches for everyone… including the people that came in after I had asked mine to be remade. At that point I just wanted a refund. And when I requested one the employee wouldn’t do it and instead called the manager out. The manager inquired about my sandwich and when asked the employees produced it immediately.
If it was ready why didn’t they give it to me … the customer. She then offered me the sandwich instead of the refund. Which just felt weird at that point. I didn’t even wanna eat there anymore. When I pressed for the refund she refused to give it to me back on the card I paid with and insisted I take cash.
Idk, the whole situation was just weird. I won’t visit this...
