Ordered Carne Asada Tacos and was told 15 minute wait. The 15 minute wait is closer to 25-30 minutes added on after you’re originally told it will only take 15 min for 3 Carne asada tacos. I saw orders placed after mine be served first as I stand and wait for 25-30 minutes until my food was finished. Second issue is the lady taking to orders is also prepping orders and I noticed her handling the taco toppings barehanded immediately after touching the card reader and various other things without washing her hands first.

Short summary:

First: lack of food safety especially when touching a card machine or anything that could hold tons or germs and bacteria then not washing hands and proceeding to touch food without gloves. (Possible food poisoning from lack of proper food prep and safety “Handwashing”)

Second: When told it will take 15 minutes expect closer to 45 minutes for you food...

really bad experience, expensive prices, tacos with not meat only some pieces dirty cilantro with soil, my husband pay almost 25 dollars for a mega burrito filled with lots of beans and rice some meat no pico no guacamole no cheese the green salsa without flavor too sour and the orange salsa too hot, we wait like 20 mins for 4 tacos and the mega burrito, we paid around 50 dollars for everything including a drink, 5 dollar a drink, really disappointed place, Many best places around the area, best food and service maybe l should post the pictures of the food with dirty cilantro and the payment receipt, them should wash the cilantro before serving to people, think about someone...

I am only giving a three-star review because the food was mediocre. I have had their tacos and burritos. The tacos had a lot of meat but were not seasoned very well. The burrito was really big but was filled mostly with beans and rice. It had very little meat and was also bland. The burrito did not have any other fillings, no onion, cilantro, or cheese; it was literally beans and rice with a few pieces of meat. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Also, their location is not in the greatest place. It's difficult to get in and out of due to the traffic on Walton. Overall, the hassle with the traffic and the food being bland it's not...
