Nawabi Hyderabad House Biryani Place Bentonville — Restaurant in Bentonville

This is confusing, it’s a satellite inside another big Indian restaurant, so sometimes misleading where have you headed! The very first day we thought to stop by this place for biriyani, but the owner of the main restaurant almost hijacked us! Anyways, next another day we stopped by this place for dinner. We ordered chicken lollipop and chicken 65 biriyani. After spending 15/20 minutes somebody from inside popped up and told that the lollipop is unavailable. Instead they proposed some South Indian chicken fry, which I forgot the name now. It was boneless chunks fried and tossed with onions, capsicum and chilli, and spices. It tastes good but too hot and spicy. Honestly, I have had my craving for chicken lollipop that day, otherwise this dish alone was good. Although we figured it was not super fresh 🙄. Next dish arrived later. The biriyani was decent. It felt less like a ‘biriyani’ to me, more like some coloured rice topped with chicken 65. The potion size was big, almost enough for both of us. The Worst Experience & Worst Restaurant in Bentonville, No Respect, No Gratitude towards customers, Even though the prices are high we placed a bulk order for the dinner for my family & The Owner recklessly answered when we went for the picking up the order saying we cancelled the online order as kitchen is closed and he did not answer the call for an hour when we tried to place the order by call and after placing the call, We asked him why you did not lift the call and answer the same, then he answered like i dont care. Nawabi Hyderabad provides an assortment of appertizers visually displayed you can actually see and select to go with your order. There are also plentiful variety of Biryani and side dishes to select from. Most importantly, Nawabi Hyderabad is accessible from opening hours to close, they are not closed from midday to evening and reopened again later, which makes it easier to buy your biryanis and side dishes without waiting for the restaurant to open and close at midday,then reopen later in the evening.
