My partner and I had our first date back when Chef was doing his pop up in Proof Downtown Rogers, and had been patiently waiting for his concept to open. Muselet is a top favorite for us in Bentonville. This is the place to go if you want the vibes where sophistication doesn’t take itself too seriously. Great champagne and non champagne options - they are still working on keeping NA wines in stock, right now they have NA sparkling teas. You can bring your own bottle and pay a corkage fee. Food menu is fantastic, you can’t go wrong with the golden nugget, fries, and oyster service. Chef also does a super creative brunch consisting of a weekly rotation for an omelet, egg Benedict, and waffle on Sundays.

The same goes for the pomme frites (French fries). They are exceptional hot or cold (that is if you don’t eat the whole plate there).
Back to the fried chicken, it is gluten-free, super juicy, extremely crispy, very little oil, and super flavorful. It’s all the best parts wrapped up in a little fried bundle of joy.
Being a champagne place, obviously Muselet knocks it out of the park. I can’t wait to try as many as I can on their menu. Definitely need to do the Bong and a Bump.

The chicken was good but a bit heavy on salt, the fries were extremely salty and the slaw served with the chicken has no seasoning which I guess worked out great to balance the saltiness of everything else .
