Really had to think about leaving a review. We are here on the night of May 29th. The day after our wedding. We were here with our adult daughters. We each ordered something different except my daughter and my husband shared the fish and chips. Our tomato soups were served cold and the lamb burger was room temp. We were tired and we also own a restaurant so we understand things can go wrong in the service industry. So, we chose not to say anything and deal with it. It was late almost closing time. However, the next morning my husband woke up feeling really sick. It escalated to him violently throwing up and barely able to stand. About 15 minutes later our daughter was in the other bathroom doing the same exact thing. Our vacation was completely ruined. We had to sit in our condo for the remaining time for them to recover. I did call the restaurant and they let me speak to Karen the supposed manager on duty. This is where I really was completely turned off on how this restaurant handles complaints and a report of food poisoning. She was so defensive she talked over me … every word I said she just got louder. She spoke about the gluten free / celiac oil and all sorts of standards that had absolutely nothing to do with food freshness, food temperature and or food poisoning. She made no attempt at all to reconcile or show any empathy towards our situation at all. I was infuriated because I was literally trying to be “NICE” and not go this route! I hung up and was dumbfounded how I was just talked to. About 15 minutes later. later another manager called me back. She got the story. She did apologize for the inconvenience of our vacay being ruined lol but there was absolutely no reaching out to see if everyone was ok or if there was ANYTHING as a professional restaurant owner she could do or offer to make it right! Never, would I ever recommend anyone to eat here. The effects on food poisoning lasted 3 days. Vacation and honeymoon period was spent in the worst way. If you are going to be serving food to people this matter should have taken upmost importance and clearly this establishment...
Read moreWe are visiting Bentonville, and wanted to dine in a local restaurant. What a find! We enjoyed the deviled eggs ($10) which were stuffed to the brim with shrimp, house bacon & Louis dressing (though they needed just a bit of salt). The stuffed mushrooms ($11), which were stuffed with Boursin, topped with fresh herbs and served with house ranch on a bed of arugula, which was sufficient for a small salad...bonus! These were shared amongst 4 diners. I ordered the smoked duck with a Port-blackberry reduction, which was heavenly. Truly the sauce was better than the duck, which had a delicate smokiness, but was just a bit on the tough side. The asparagus was roasted to a turn and the rice pilaf was well-seasoned. Another one of our dining companions had the Caribbean "Billy Bones Pasta" ($25), a combination of penne pasta tossed with a jerk-infused cream sauce and bell peppers with shrimp & blackened salmon. He loved it! My husband had the fish and chips ($16.50), Atlantic cod, cole slaw, crispy fries, cocktail & tarter sauces. The fish sandwich ($14) was golden brown cod, melted Swiss cheese, house slaw, tarter & lemon; the sweet potato fries were crispy and the dipping sauce was stellar. For dessert, Key lime pie ($10) with a raspberry drizzle was the perfect ending...it was nice and tart.
Table on 6th Street has a welcoming ambience, and the acoustics are decent. Conversation is very doable, without screaming. Our server was cheerful, attentive and there was flexibility with sides. There is outdoor seating (with heaters, if needed) available and ample parking. All in all, this was a most enjoyable and delicious dining experience. If we are ever in Bentonville again, we will definitely dine at Table on 6th...

🍳 Not only is brunch great @tableon6th but lunch even better! Right before it started snowing in Arkansas that weekend we decided to mountain bike at Hand Cut Hollow. And let me tell you I understand why it’s called hand cut hollow now haha….
🚲 Naturally, after the ride we were itching to grab a bite to eat. We hopped on over to table on sixth because they had brunch but we caught them in between a.k.a. the best of both worlds.
🥮 The cinnamon rolls were to die for and we love them so much that they gave us some extra so when we got home. Kudos to their pastry chef!
🌞 This place is a definite staple of Bentonville, Arkansas that is close to the mountain biking trails. On top of that they have expanded their inside and outside! Congrats guys! It’s definitely going to be the perfect place to sit out on the patio in the near future spring and summer times. ✨
