TLDR: The Tower Bar is a delightful location that offers a beautiful view from its vantage point sitting above the landscape. Its interior is elegant with well-thought-out decor. It has some of the best table service of any drinking establishment I've ever visited, courtesy of our server, Logan. And, to top it all off, the bartender, Morgan, is a maestro of mixed drinks who wields his bar tools like a collection of fine instruments from which flows an orchestra of flavor guaranteed to keep your taste buds dancing.
Full Review: The Tower Bar is an establishment where perfection is born from attention to detail. When you walk in, the selection of thoughtful decor is immediately apparent. It utilizes a combination of solid colors for the furniture, black spots atop a white base for the floor, and earthy vertical lines contributed by the sections of rich bamboo wall coverings. These intermingling textures and colors create a sense of depth and complexity without making the space look cluttered or crowded.
You can choose where you would like to sit from the collection of seats and couches arranged in small clusters across the room. The furniture is very ergonomic, being neither too soft nor too firm, and each set is centered around a wireless lamp that can be moved and is adjustable to your preferred level of brightness, a very appreciated touch. The musical selection for the space consists of instrumental tracks played at just the right volume to add a nice ambiance without being distracting or making conversation difficult. You can enjoy all of this while appreciating the beautiful view offered by the wall-to-wall windows that look out over the landscape.
Then there is the service, which in my experience, was by far the best I have ever received anywhere during all my years of bar exploration. Logan, our server, was beyond excellent. He was very friendly and patient, seeming to take great pride in performing his duties to the fullest extent possible. He happily answered any questions my friends and I asked with clear and thorough responses. He also displayed incredible attentiveness. At one point, my party and I were marveling at how delicious the purple yam whipped cream was in the 'That's My Jam' Cocktail when Logan approached with something in his hand. We soon learned he was bringing over an extra glass of the whipped cream and a handful of spoons of his own volition because, "it looked like we were really enjoying it and might like some more." If that isn't extraordinary service, then I don't know what is.
But what of the quality of the cocktails? "Simply divine," is the only accurate way to describe them. The bartender, Morgan, was exceptionally talented. The quality and complexity of the cocktails he made far surpassed the price affixed to them. I found the 'Strawberry Fields for Elder' to be particularly delightful, but before the night was over, Morgan surpassed even the quality of that cocktail. As we approached closing time, he offered to start making us custom drinks not featured on the menu. Morgan's efforts resulted in a drink that, to our knowledge, does not have an official name, but we christened the 'Red Shift.' It was a light, floral, semi-sweet drink reminiscent of jasmine tea with a wonderfully foamy mouth feel. It utilized cognac, calvados, lemon & lime juice, orange blossom water, chai tea simple syrup, orgeat, and egg white in its creation. My friends and I agree that it is, without question, the best cocktail we have ever had.
The most astounding thing about this experience is that it didn't come across as pretentious or pompous. Every single member of the staff at the Tower Bar seemed excited to be there and eager to provide an inclusive experience for their guests. It was a room full of passionate people that just wanted to share what they loved most with the rest of the world,...

I recently visited Tower Bat and had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share.
First off, the ambiance is inviting, and I truly enjoyed the drinks. Their cocktail menu is creative, and the charcuterie board was delightful—definitely a highlight of the evening. However, my experience was marred by a couple of significant issues.
To start, there was a billing discrepancy. We were charged more than what we signed for. I attempted to resolve this by calling twice, but unfortunately, I couldn’t get through to anyone who could assist me. It left me feeling quite frustrated, especially since customer service is so crucial in the hospitality industry.
Additionally, there was a mix-up with our food order. We ordered a red pepper veggie tray, but instead received a beet dip veggie tray without any communication about the change. The unexpected flavor of the beet dip was not to my liking, and I was disappointed that the staff didn’t think to inform us of the substitution. Serving something different than what’s ordered can really impact the dining experience, and in this case, it did.
While I appreciated the quality of the drinks and food I did enjoy, the service issues and order mix-up left a sour note. I hope they can address these concerns because with some improvements, Tower Bar has the potential to be a...
Read moreMy husband and I visited the Tower Bar for the first time; and while the atmosphere was great and the drinks were good, I had a problem with the service. My main issue was that while sitting for a while waiting on our drinks, I glanced over at the bar and witnessed our waitress dipping a mini straw into my drink, trapping some of my drink into the straw with her finger, then emptying the contents of my drink into her mouth! My husband asked her about it when she finally brought the drinks to us and her response was that the bartender recommended that they sample the new drinks from the new menu in order to know what to recommend to the customers. I understand that and I agree that you should know what you're selling, but your taste test should probably be done in a team meeting before the start of the business day, not as the customer places their order and waits for that order. I appreciate her explanation, but I just don't think that tasting a customer's drink without that customer's permission is the professional way to do...
