So I ordered my Pizza and 6 Classic Cinnamon rolls at 4:07, they asked me if I was alright with waiting 20 minutes for the cinnamon rolls since they had to put a fresh batch in and that was fine, at around 4:20-25 the manager steps out and says they just need icing and should be right out. minutes later the kid at the takeout window asks the same question again and when I asked why the kid at the window just shut the window and didn't tell me anything. So I wait another 20 minutes and still nothing. They're scrambling inside and needless to say the service wasn't great. Another 2 customers lined up for delivery orders and they had to wait 10-15 minutes just to be helped. Then my food finally comes out, one pizza and 6 cinnamon rolls. It is now 4:57, when I placed my order in at 4:07. My only question is why did I have to wait 50 minutes for my items when they weren't busy? And why did I have to wait for my cinnamon rolls twice? By then my pizza was already cold to the touch and I'm thoroughly disappointed by the whole situation. One would think a place with no customer seating like this would be able to get food out...
Read moreMy ex husband ordered my food about 2 weeks ago. They messed my sandwich up. He called 3x throughout those weeks & even left voicemails. He was able to go last night to get my free sandwich & they apparently didn't have any regular size rolls. He said that 4 smalls would be fine. So all of them should have been turkey originals with extra tomatoes & Olives. What I got instead was 1 turkey, 2 roast beef, 1 ham with only lettuce. No cheese, no mayo. VERY disappointed. I was so excited for it open here because the service at the Rogers location has gone downhill & I quit going there altogether. I understand they are new to the area, but this many mistakes in such a short time. Including the congested area, no inside seating. Unbelievable wait times in line. I may have to go back to Rogers if I want my Turkey original fix. Or maybe even drive to Springdale. My son was in line for over an hour & they STILL forgot his pizza!!! Franchise owner please reevaluate your management...

Went there Sunday “with my son” to show him the best sandwich in the world! Lol! He’s never had it. They did mess things up, I called them this morning and went up there, and the managers Alyson and Mario made things right!! I’m in customer service, and from my point of view, they went over and above to get things fixed!! I would like to add this though…
Let’s give them some grace! With just starting up and having young people to work there, they are doing the best they can!! After speaking with a few of the employees, this is their first job and they’re doing the best they can!! I just want to say thank you to the managers on staff there…y’all did a great job dealing with my messed up order! Thank you so much for helping out everyone that comes through your line! My son LOVED the sandwich BTW!! Y’all are awesome!! Keep up the awesome...
