I wish I could contribute to the 5-star reviews. I tried to schedule a cut for my autistic son twice. Once in October 2021 and another time last month bc my son's barber wasn't available. The first time, I messaged and left a voicemail. Marlon took a while to get back to me. Said the shop was busy and to send my number so he could give me a call. He never did. I posted my experience in a FB group regarding the two barbershops I tried to schedule with. He then messaged me, apologized, said he just forgot, and said if I ever wanted to give him a try, he would cut my son on the house. Cool.

Because of all the 5-star reviews, I decided to give Marlon a second chance. I messaged him again, called the shop, and left a vmail. He completely ignored me. Never called me back, never replied to my message. My message was read, but unanswered. I was extremely disappointed, especially when I hear what a respected man of the community Marlon is. In my eyes, he is not a man of his word. I usually don't give second chances when it involves my son. I messaged him again asking if it's the norm for him to take long to answer or not answer at all, along with other things I stated regarding my experience. He read it, and didn't answer again. My son loves the show Marlon and thinks Marlon Wayans is hilarious, so I thought it would be cool and entertaining to have him cut by a barber with the same name, but we were never given a chance. Not sure what Marlons excuse would be this time, but I was surprised at his lack of response, mostly bc of all the good reviews. Will never call or try to schedule again....

The woman that works here was polite, however gave me like the worst haircut I have ever received in my life. I am going to attach a few before and after photos to show what my hair looked like and now looks like. The pictures with the yellow back round are the after, and the others are the the before pictures. Not only does it look bad, but it's also uneven and cut too high in the back and on both sides. Also cut the top too short. Didn't realize what happened until later I looked better at it. I almost debated just shaving it all off and starting over. Also many people I know Also said I should have went and got my money back or have them fix it. However, I am not the one to go cause that much drama. I will post here though to hopefully help anyone else from not falling into the same fate I did. I suggest if you need to get a hair cut to look else where, or at least don't let the woman that works there cut your hair. Lesson learned and I will never be returning here...

I booked my appointment online which made it easier to get in a chair. The barbershop itself smells good and clean. I enjoy the vibe music playing.

Marlon was my barber and ill just say this I Just had one of the best grooming experiences I’ve ever had! I came in for a beard trim and lineup, plus a head shave—and I left feeling like a brand new man. The attention to detail was top-notch, and Marlon took real care in making sure everything was clean, sharp, and exactly how I wanted it.

Not only was the cut on point, but the overall vibe of the shop made the whole experience even better. Great atmosphere, professional service, and genuinely skilled hands behind the clippers.
