Unforgettable Experience at Rise & Grind Cafe!
I recently visited Rise & Grind Cafe in Berea, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The cafeâs decor is charmingâperfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or working for a few hours.
The coffee itself? Outstanding. I had their signature espresso blend, and it was one of the best cups Iâve had in a long timeârich, smooth, and full of flavor. You can tell they take their beans seriously here. If you're a coffee lover, this is your spot.
But the experience didnât stop at just coffee! The baked goods were a delightful surprise. I tried a cinnamon roll that was pure perfectionâfresh, soft, and with just the right amount of sweetness. The pairing with my coffee was a dream come true.
What stood out the most, though, was the warmth of the staff. Leo and Tammy, the owners, are absolutely wonderfulâit's clear they care deeply about their customers and the quality of their offerings. The vibe in the cafe is laid-back yet professional, making it the ideal place for both catching up with friends or getting some work done.
Iâve found my new favorite coffee spot in Berea. Whether you're grabbing a quick cup or planning to relax and unwind for a while, I cannot recommend Rise & Grind Cafe enough. A 5-star experience through...
Read moreI hate to admit it, but I was so skeptical of this place and all their 5 star reviews. Usually thatâs not a good sign & the reviews are fixed.
BUT !!! I recently visited here and I thought it was definitely worth the 5 stars!
I came on a Friday morning, and there was no line. Thereâs a parking lot, which is always helpful.
Lots of fun drink combinations. I canât remember which latte I ended up going with, but it was sooooo good!!! The sizes are huge though, so just a heads up!
There were some food choices. Seemed like healthy options and some pastries. And also Herseyâs ice cream ! I would have loved a breakfast sandwich without a meat option, but they all seemed to have meat on them. I could have asked for a custom sandwhich, but our barista wasnât very friendly. Not rude or anything!!! Just didnât smile or say hi. Just stared at us. Not a big deal, just not very welcoming! (Maybe she hadnât had her own coffee yet haha).
There were lots of different seating options all decorated differently. Lots of different styles, but seemed like an overall safari theme, maybe. (I was obsessed with that cute little elephant and I want one!!!)
On the way out, the guy who was working was super friendly to us! Seemed very kind and personable. He made me smile!
Overall, I would definitely come back ! I really...
Read moreRise and Grind is one of those places youâre just happy to have nearby. I always get iced espresso drinks and have not been disappointed in any that I have tried. They always have some new creative drinks on the menu besides their regular menu items.
The breakfast sandwiches are awesomeâfresh, filling, and way better than anything you'd get at a drive-thru. And donât skip the muffins or cookiesâtheyâre excellent as well and all baked locally not packaged stuff.
What really makes this place special, though, is the people. Itâs veteran-owned, and the owners and staff are some of the kindest folks youâll meet. Theyâre always friendly, always thankful, and you can tell they truly appreciate every customer who walks through the door.
Theyâve also got a great rewards program that actually gives you something back relatively quickly if you're a regular, unlike the big coffee chains where you have to spend a fortune to get a free drink.
If youâre looking for a chill spot with good coffee, great food, and even better people, Rise...
