If you haven’t been there before, plan on spending some time making your way through the menu as there are many options. The ‘create your own’ has a multitude of options to end up with a Andre starting with the base which includes in a burrito, or a bowl, as a quesadilla, or a taco, as nachos, or some thing different a “Chiwawa” to which you add your Protein. They offer several styles of chicken, beef, Carnitas, veggie options , shrimp and a fajita style. After that you get to pick from a large selection of beans, sauces cheeses, sauces, etc. to complete your entrée. If all that sounds daunting give their Signature Creations a look. They are a well curated mix of some of the best combinations they offer. The food was good, made fresh as we didn’t mind the wait knowing that it was being prepared specifically for one of our orders, and in a to go container so whether you decide on take out or eat in and take some home, it is seamless. I tend to come here once in a while because the food is great and the staff is nice. However, yesterday I ran into issue with my order for the first time and wasn’t too satisfied with the service. I called to let them know about it and the guy was questioning me as if I was lying about my order being messed up. I explained to him I have a picture for confirmation and I can bring back the order if needed. I arrive at the restaurant and wasn’t even properly greeted. It appeared he already knew it was me from seeing me walk inside with the bag and didn’t properly greet me. He took the bag and looked at the receipt and had fixed the order but it seemed he had a bit of an attitude while in the process of doing so. Overall, I wasn’t too happy with the service as this is one of my favorite spots and they’re usually more friendly. He could’ve been a bit more polite and accommodating to my needs as well asking if there was anything else I may have needed. This is genuinely the greatest place to get food in your state with over 90 different locations it’s truly a wonderful experience. The customer service is simply perfect. Angelina is the nicest angel ever brought down from the heavens. The food is exquisite and makes your taste buds dance. Its like a circus in your mouth. It fills your mouth nicely, in the good way 😅 ! If you have someone kept yourself from completing life by going to Bubbakoos, I recommend the Nashville Hot Chicken Burrito and a drink for $12.75.
